Prices from certain couriers need to be cheaper and could do with including "signed for" included it the price not as added extra. Other couriers I book outside of this service give me the price I pay so I get a final price which is a better way for me.

The process including quote, collection and delivery was great, HOWEVER BE Careful! I was quoted £17 but later, after delivery was finalised they came back to me saying there was a discrepancy and I had to pay an additional £30,they had my card details and just took the amount! Because I didnt expect to be scammed I didnt take a photo of the parcel with a measuring tape and scale, they wouldnt accept the photo I had of the parcel with their labels attached as proof. They refused to give me a telephone number to call or email address of the complaints dept. (or anyone I could speak to) I had to log in and use their chat service each time, dealt with a different person each time, no one knew what they were talking about. Worst customer experience and Im very very unhappy, please dont use this company, if you do, take photos of everything so that this doesnt happen to you.

I would give 0 stars if I could, used them twice, awful experience every time - the parcels are not collected on the day, nobody informs us as they "encourage the customers to check the tracker daily", they werent able to deliver our goods(worth 900+) claiming they couldnt find the address and we just got them back without knowing whats going on. They dont want to refund the cost either because the service has been already used!!

The site was easy to use and when I needed help there was someone available to chat straight away. golf clubs have been received by my son and he is very happy.

Ive used Parcel Monkey a few times now. Takes the headache out of sending parcels. Labels not always easy to print though, maybe its just me.

A couple of things: 1. When booking a parcel from the UK to the USA, the cheapest quote shown was a ParcelMonkeys own service, however after going through the effort of putting all the details in, the customs information and everything else, the price shown in the payment screen has unexpectedly jumped up by £30? Very deceiving... 2. After eventually booking the parcel with ParcelForce, it was wrongly delivered, and is now essentially lost. When contacting PF, they have been very helpful, however cannot launch an investigation because technically I am not the sender, PM is... So I have contcted PM and have received no relevant information, other than what I have access to through the tracking number. Every time, it is a different person who replies and noone has followed through. Very disappointing as the parcel contains important information.

TERRIBLE service all round. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to do the same. I sent a bulky, but expensive, item I sold on eBay through this company and paid extra for insurance - £38.50 in total. The parcel arrived damaged and the item was unusable. In fact the 30+ kg box looked as though it had literally been thrown off the back of a lorry. When I asked Parcel Monkey to deal with this they asked me for photographic evidence of the damage. When I provided this, they told me the photos needed to show damage to the box as well as the item. When I sent more photos they told me they needed more still: This time they wanted shots of the box outer and inner packaging, the item itself AND the postage label. By this stage I was getting frustrated but I sent the shots they wanted, thanks to the very patient buyer who photographed it all. Their response this time was that they wanted a VIDEO of the damage! Unbelievable!! They wanted me to ask the buyer to film the item not working, bearing in mind the buyer wasnt keen to even turn the machine on given the damage... I therefore refused to supply a video and they have refused to refund the postage costs, let alone the £120 I had to refund to the buyer. They are clearly well versed in wearing customers down rather than actually helping them - the least they could have done was to make their overly specific demands for photographic and video evidence straight away if that is their protocol but instead they drip fed these requests, taking a full week each time to respond to messages on their online "customer service" platform (contacting them by phone is of course impossible as they dont provide a number to do so). All in all I spent about 2 months dealing with this and I am now almost £160 out of pocket - and thats not even factoring in my time... I dont even understand how businesses such as this even exist given the utter contempt with which they treat their customers. To sum up - steer well clear.

Your website is an absolute joke! How can you expect to compete with other postal comparison websites when you cannot even get the fundamentals correct? Your address fields only except letters & numbers, when many addresss use other symbols AND your payment gateway does not work, and time is wasted entering all the information just for your website to crash to the point that I can no longer book parcels with you! And to top it all you have now removed the paypal payment option, which was the only part of your website that actually worked.

Disappointed that they have stolen money from my account... Yep in my book if a firm takes money off you without any prior notice from your bank card that you haven’t given them Permission to do it’s theft!?... Why are they keeping my cars details? How can it be allowed! You email for an explanation you get a few dimensions.... Let’s rewind, I sell a car jack from a car the type that wind up and sit in your spare wheel..... The dimensions they send are 6ft 5 long!... You ask for a picture they send you the same dimensions sent earlier.... they email this repeatedly, you ask for photographic proof you get nothing!!!! Don’t ever use your bank card with these crooks!!
