Sent small package containing gift to Singapore. Everything went as planned. I was able to track along the way and got the notification that it had arrived on the day it was promised. Good service, not expensive and to be recommended.

Most deliveries are perfect, only giving 3 stars because there was an incident over Christmas where the DHL delivery couldnt find the address and so I had to pay for its return. Ridiculous.

Dont ever use these robbers. Got charged £52 extra on top of the original £18 as I didnt get the exact weight right of a small £30 childs bike!! DONT USE THEM

Completely useless. Booked though parcel monkey but no one came to collect and the courier knew nothing about the item to be collected resulting in me getting a negative feedback for something that wasnt my fault. Will never use them again

All but Hermes.
Overall I have had excellent collections and deliveries with timely updates on tracking.
Just do not use Hermes for Northern Ireland or Isle of Man if you want them to get there within the delivery times shown on "book now"
They always take longer and sometimes a number of days longer.

The experience with Parcel Monkey was in general positive. Competitive price and quick customer support.
The only downside of your service was a lousy UX experience that the designer and software developer delivered to Parcel Monkey website. A user cannot submit its transaction if their email address is longer than x amount of characters. Coming from a software background, I know that it is an easy fix, that would cost you one backend deployment time and save you thousands of hours of customer support and a loss of revenue.
