Appalling - beware. Ok so things go missing, however Ive used parcel monkey a hand full of times and had issues twice with missing items. The latest situation is that they wont give you compensation unless you have the invoice for the item sent, this assumes that every item being sent is new and has an invoice. Shoddy service and an even worse compensation policy...Literally they struggle to organise a parcel getting from A to B which is pivotal to their business :-).

Excellent service. Only found it through Google but it was cheaper and easier than royal mail to send a one off parcel. Would highly recommend. Gave choice and price for numerous options.

used for yrs ok but booked pforce 48 as needed then they sent totally wrong destination took more than twice the time BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR DISCOUNT or REFUND THEY REFUSED read small print NOT GUARANTEED P MONKEY EASY TO USE watch who u choose though..

Very poor company to deal with when things go wrong. You cannot telephone them but are instead invited to email them for which the response typically takes 2 days between replies. A live chat would be a good substitute for not being able to call them but even this is not available. A measure of a company is not how it performs when things go well but when things go wrong and Parcel Monkey are at the bottom of the table.

I needed to send two heavy items (one weighing 45Kg). Parcel Monkey was quick and allowed me to compare a few companies willing to collect and courier these items. The prices were good and the items were delivered safely.

I chose Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey UK because it guaranteed 2 day delivery to Ireland. At no point did it state that New Years Day would be an issue nor did it say that there are no postal or courier deliveries at the weekend in Ireland. In the event the parcel was not collected until 2nd Jan and then took another 6 days to arrive. The parcel contained items for a funeral - hence the need for urgent delivery but it never arrived in time.

I have paid a dear expensive of 3 days delivery from UK to France for a small and is been 7 days now and it hadn’t been delivered , there is no way to speak to someone about this . I need my money back , I don’t know where my package is , my friend couldn’t get her package on time for her birthday. Nobody has emailed so far to let me know what is going . It’s ridiculous. I am absolutely fuming ????

The website is useless! It will not accept diacritical marks or punctuation in the address fields. Which is completely useless if you are trying to send parcels to French, Germanic or Scandinavian countries, or even UK addresss that use diacritical letters. It will also not accept the dash mark - (example; Unit 1-2)
