Already recommended to other, especially now as I cant leave home. Easy and clear pricing, The driver collected from home & arrived with a printed label.

Was expecting DPD collection today, booked via ParcelMonkey. Called DPD they have no knowledge of the booking. Contacted Parcelmonkey, no explanation. Got the labels and money was taken.

I’ve used Parcelmonkey quite a few times and they offer really good rates.
Printing the labels is easy and I always use a collection point to drop the parcels off.
It’s easy and very competitively priced.

Delivered to the wrong cafe, though in the right village, on the day that the special instructions said the cafe would be shut. The courier did phone me, so I was able to recover the package, bur must do better.
