Booked a collection, missed first day despite me contacting office twice during the day. The act as a conduit for couriers but offer no help when it goes wrong. Far better to visit post office and hand over the counter. At least then you know it goes when you expect it. Since the parcel was collected 48 hours late the courier has revisited three times to collect a parcel they have already collected. While the faults may in truth lie with the courier themselves Parcel Money having been paid the money offer no support services. I will avoid using them again in the future.

The courier used was DPD in conjunction with a Spanish courier collected and delivered on time this is the 2nd time weve do e this no problems at all

I shipped large boxes from England to Italy and they arrived quickly/safely so I have no complaints! The courier was DPD but Parcel Monkey made everything easier. I moved countries a lot and its no easy feat, I strongly advise using an intermediary like Parcel Monkey, dealing directly with couriers is unreliable.

The process was mostly quick. However the tracking number did not work nor has the tracking information on the web portal been updated and is still showing as no tracking events available, this is one week after the parcel was to be delivered.
