Very reliable and simple to use system. Best value for money solution for relocation within Europe, given that we had no furniture to move. Particularly appreciated the tracking system. Thank you, definitely recommend it and will use it again!

Thank you for a job well done! A also would like to thank the driver who collected my 9 heavy parcels! I live on the 5th floor and after using the elevator for the first 4 parcels, it stopped working, but your driver was there to help me by carrying some of the parcels! Thank you again!

Collected good parcel on correct day. Delivered damaged. The recipient charged us £12 for the damaged box. So this was an expensive parcel send. Easy to track. Easy to order.

Not a good first experience and won’t be using again. Lack of instruction and no customer care to query anything. No phone number just a bot chat service. Would not recommend.

Parcel was collected, however the driver turned up 2 days running to the actual collection booked and the parcel was not ready!! It did arrive at its destination quickly and safely!

Excellent platform. Easy to use and quick customer service.
Pricing very good and had very few issues with deliveries which was more the responsibility of the courier anyway.

Weighed parcel at home, booked collection, then after it’s gone I get an email to say it’s a lot heavier than I said and I was getting charged more. Not happy!

Shipped golf clubs from UK to Australia. Arrived in super-quick time, all in-tact, very pleased. Only area for improvement was that I had no communication to confirm they had been collected, shipped, or when they would be delivered... just found them on my door-step one afternoon.

I dropped off my parcel at my local point and to be honest the guy seemed far more interested in his phone than serving me. He pointed to the ended of a messy counter, where I assumed he wanted me to put the parcel, which I did. Then nothing, so I turned to walk out and as I reached the door he shouted for me to collect a receipt, which I was relieved to do. However, the parcel arrived and I was able to track it all the way.

I haven’t received my parcel yet. I’ve been waiting for 14 days for an express delivery. I asked the customer service and they suggested me to simply track my order instead of helping me with understanding the actual issue.
