Have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions over the past couple of years. I have not experienced any major problems with the service. Parcels were collected from my door and delivered to the recipient quickly without any fuss. The cost was reasonable and the option for insurance cover was available at a fair price. Goods were delivered on time and in good condition.

Website was a little fiddly to navigate round and it wouldnt let me do an international parcel with a UK package. Good service apart from that.

Brilliant service. Very competitive pricing as well. First parcel was sent to Germany within two days with minimal fuss and effort from my part ( at least). The courier was exceptionally professional. Have already booked for another parcel to be sent to Greece.

The company did not collect on the day I requested for a 24hr delivery so order was late. Could not get through to parcel monkey so had to schedule for the next day Using the automated system

I chose Parcel Monkey for sending a guitar to Slovenia, after being quoted 5 times the price by the well known companies. My expectations were that it would be many weeks before it was delivered but to my surprise and delight it was only 5 working days from door to door. The recipient sent me photographs of the box on arrival and then the guitar itself. I could tell from the photos that the box was in perfect shape and had obviously been handled with care with no dents, rips, tears or creases anywhere on the box. The guitar was well wrapped by me but all the same it was a set neck Les Paul type electric guitar and these are renowned for being fragile and very easily broken at the headstock but Im very happy to be able to say that it was in perfect condition and the recipient was absolutely delighted. Thank you for a superb service, I Will be back for more
