First time user of Parcel Monkey and very impressed with the service. Parcel Force were the chosen provider. The collection and delivery process were both executed to plan.

The delivery was good but we were sending from a hostel in one country to him and didn’t know people sending. They got the measurements wrong so although we said the weight was under a kg and it was, it was worked out by the parcel people to have a volumetric capacity that was different. It cost us an extra 8 on a £30 package to get basically a lightweight raincoat back. By the time we knew of the extra payment I was a week later and we’d thrown packaging away

I sent my parcel through 24 hr delivery on a monday didnt arrive til the thursday i understand with the corona virus that things are running behind bit a bitcmore communication is more helpful my parcel wasnt urgent and my daughter received it

Parcel uncollected for two days in a row, bad customer services aint even got a phone number! And still have no refund. Not impressed after using you for past few years no problem. I want my money and then Ill find a new delivery service thanks.

Pleasant young man delivered. Unfortunately the Parcel Monkey label read 1/1 so when he brought in a second parcel we both thought it might be a duplicate so he asked if I wanted to refuse it, which I did. However, it transpired that the shipment did come in two units. I would have thought that this information would have been on the Parcel Monkey manifest. Only after the delivery man had gone did I notice 2/2 printed on the box itself. Fortunately the company got 1/2 back to me in a couple of days. Confused labelling needs to be avoided.

Easy to navigate the website and book the delivery. Printed the address label and customs forms, attached to the well wrapped package. Then took to the nearest Curry’s PC world to drop off and was given a receipt. The parcel arrived in Singapore about 5 days after it was dropped off. Will use service again
