Very pleased with the whole delivery process provided by Parcel Monkey. Item was collected from my door and proof of delivery was provided when it’s destination was reached. Very reasonable price too. I will certainly use them again.

Would definitely recommend. The process was quick and easy. All I had to do was print off the label and take it to the post office, although there was the option to use other courier services. The parcel was delivered to Germany within two days. Will be using them again.

Sent 3 packages two were delivered next day.. 3rd one took 4 days and contents were smashes.. All sent same day with same service. Not sure what happened.

Have used parcel monkey before. Once again I have found the service very simple to use and it works efficiently. This time I used it to send a parcel to Norway. I dont know how this comes about but the price for Parcel Force to deal with my parcel was better than I could see on their own web site and this is not the first time I have seen this for sending to another country. Anyhow they picked up the parcel first thing the next morning and it was soon at its destination and I was able to email the tracking number so the recipient knew exactly when to expect it.

Did exactly what they said they would even getting an urgent parcel to my relative in Greece in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak. Lockdown came into force after it had been sent and I expected it would sit in a warehouse until it was all over. However, it arrived no problem, even though it was one of the villages up in the mountains.

Bad experience parcel got returned. Everyone not admitting liability so left £16 out of pocket. Case of pass the buck. Do not use.

I asked for 24 hours, I paid on Saturday and I couldn’t post until Monday and it got there on Wednesday! Very disappointing. Plus the website took me to a post office that no longer exists, as well as many others that are no longer in use.
