Shambles. Despite waiting in all day for the collection of a heavy parcel, at 16:30 the status of this booked collection (via Parcelforce) changed to "Unable to attempt collection", there is no other information or options provided on the suppliers site, and no elaboration available as to this meaning. Raised the issue with Parcel Monkey and oddly a re-collection attempt was raised but I was never informed, apparently they made it do my property on the second attempt, but because I hadnt been expecting anyone - I was not present. Raised this again and was refunded. Nothing extra, no apologies just a wasted day home from work, a useless service and a heavy parcel still yet to be picked-up. Total waste of time, money and effort.

An easy to use site which provides a variety of options when deciding how to send a parcel, especially overseas.
When I experienced problems with a delivery just before Christmas, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive.

Very quick delivery. Delivery time stated. Email on the day advised delivery running late. Would have been helpful to say by roughly how much. In the event I believe delivery was roughly 6 hours late

The parcel has been lost! After 7 days has not been delivered yet! Looks like it could have been lost! Eh, no status update for more than 3 days on DPD website!!!!!

BOOKED A PARCEL THROUGH USELESS PARCELMONKEY! THE DRIVER OR SOMEONE AT DEPOT INCORRECTLY SCANNED THE PARCEL SO WAS RETURNED TO PARCELMONKEY WAREHOUSE! PARCELMONKEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO DO ANYTHING SO SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH OPTIONS OFFERING TO DESTROY IT OR I CAN HAVE IT RETURNED FOR A FEW OF £13.99 + administration charge + handling fee! WHAT A JOKE! I WAS FORCED TO PAY THAT AS OTHERWISE THEY WILL DESTROY IT AND THE NOTE ON A PARCEL STATED: MISTAKE AT DEPOT! SO NO MISTAKE WAS MADE ON MY END BUT DO PARCELMONKEY CARE???? I HAD TO PAY DELIVERY FEE AND RETURN FEE - IT WASN’T MY MISTAKE OR MY FAULT THAT SOMEONE DIDNT SCAN IT PROPERLY BUT NO REFUND! THEY COULD HAVE EASILY PROCESSED WITH DELIVERY BY SCANNING IT AGAIN OR SORTING SO EVERYTHING OUT BUT THEY WILL NEVER BOTHER TO DO ANYTHING AT THIS COMPANY RATHER THAN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! DONT USE THID WEBSITE EVEN IF YOU THINK ITS CHEAPER! YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET ANY COMPENSATION BACK

Used this site quite a few times now. Always so much cheaper compared to other services (post office) and the tracking is great. Parcel arrived super quick even though there was a mistake during processing it still got sorted very fast! Thank you and I will be using again in the future.

When you book with these guys you get the combination performance of spectacular incompetence: Parcel Monkey and DPD...who will conspire together ruin your day. I paid a lot of money for the privilege of being forced to stay in my flat all day. DPD driver goes to the wrong address. Lies. DPD admits his GPS showed he was nowhere near. DPD are unable to contact the driver for the entire day and then wiat until the very end of the day to inform me that I will need to reschedule through Parcel Monkey as its their account. Parcel Monkey dont respond. Ridiculous.

Terrible service and I would never use them again. I emailed Parcel Monkey with the issues and never recieved a response so will use this forum and hopefully it will warrant contact. I paid extra for a parcel to be collected by Courier before 10.30am, and paid extra for next day delivery. The parcel was in fact picked up at 3pm and was delivered to the recipient 3 days later. I did not receive anything like the service which I paid for, the saving grace was that the parcel did actually make it to the right place, despite being absurdly late. I would very much like to hear from Parcel Monkey in regard to this as I have lost out financially with this item being for a very disgruntled customer who I have had to compensate.

This is terrible service twice now we have tried to arrange international deliveries set everything up, paid and arranged collection only for the collection not to have happened, I am only giving it 1 star as you cant give it zero stars
