Your carrier used was absolutely disgusting on ALL occasions and kept on messing with the actual pickup! How dare you people charge me extra when I know for a FACT that the weight given was the correct weight and not what Courier sucked out of their fingers. Who gave you permission to hold my credit card details on your record? I will now cancel it AGAIN!! You had no right!!

WE weighed our parcel at 1kg they then applied an excess charge after delivery saying it was 2.5kg. Impossible!

Drop off was great and the parcel arrived in spain quickly. However the delivery driver did not leave any card so it was impossible to organise anything. Parcelmonkey responded quickly to my request for help but the information was pretty unhelpful. The phone number didnt work for the local courier company and they didnt answer the email I sent. I found their website online and just drove the 30 miles to their distribution centre onspec. There was my parcel.

I paid for the parcel to be delivered the next day by 10:30. It was not delivered until the day after. I was told they would investigate and get back to me. Im still waiting.

Stop lying regarding postage refund issued for PM7262994. You never did that. You never issued refund shipping cost or claim for parcel with item delivered damaged. Also stop liyng I didnt contact you within specified time, because I did it several times by your website chat, and the agents all the time said that theyll come back to me by email, they never did, NEVER. Ive ended up with unhappy customer, item damaged, shipping cost lost, money refunded to buyer, negative feedback left by buyer due the parcel delivered damaged. Stop lying. GUYS, AVOID PARCEL MONKEY. THEYLL NEVER ISSUE COMPENSATION FOR ITEM DELIVERED DAMAGED, THEYLL NEVER ISSUE REFUND FOR SHIPPING COST DIE THE ITEM DELIVERED DAMAGED.

When your parcel is delivered in one piece with no issues life is good. When your parcel gets there trashed by an incompetent carrier then beware because I have not found Parcel Monkey to be particularly helpful . Despite always paying extra insurance I am still unable to claim on a parcel delivered in December I have had to refund the customer and I am seriously out of pocket .

Absolutely appalling customer service. I work for a small childrens charity and needed to send two packages of fundraising materials to schools. Both were clearly labelled using the labels supplied by Parcel Monkey. Parcelforce sent them to the wrong addresses and will not redeliver even though it is clearly their fault. Parcel Monkey have not tried to come up with a solution and are an incredibly frustrating and incompetent third party. This has cost us support and funds to support disadvantaged families. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Were a small start up and we send awkward size packages, so we had a lot of queries about the best way to send the items. They were very quick to reply to our emails, and hugely helpful. We now use them ever time we need to send something. Highly recommend.

Using parcel monkey was very easy and all instructions were very Clear The cost was very reasonable and was able to track its journey to destination overseas which was fairly swift The drop off to my local Curry’s was very useful especially as they have longer opening hours Would certainly use Parcel Monkey again and recommend
