My very eldest daughter gave birth to her third child on 2 January of this year, 2020 in Kampala, Uganda. Parcel Monkeys service made it possible for me to send 3 very large boxes of much needed newborn baby supplies to my Daughter including a Bottle Steriliser this was despite being told, when I sent my last box, that flights might not be going to Uganda. However, 4 days after sending the final consignment I received news that the box had indeed arrived and much fun was being had in unpacking all the supplies. Thank you Parcel Monkey for helping my Daughter and her newborn.

Ive used parcel monkey few times now and only once had an problem. Parcel that I dropped off to collection point hasnt been picked up by a courier for couple days. Call centre was helpful and problem was solved same day.

I am very happy to use Parcel Monkey. I was sending from UK to `Switzerland many boxes. Delivery is not in 2 days because the Swiss Dogane need to check your good declaration. From UK to Switzerland there are 1 weeks delivery. Everthing went well.

I had to move because of a sudden bereavement, asked a neighbour to take in the parcel. I altered the delivery on Hermes tracking link and it wasnt passed to the delivery person. Next day the neighbour kindly taped a message to my door confirming the new destination and it was eventually delivered to the right place

Great service. Posted parcel at local Post Office on the Monday. Parcel going to Italy so in view of coronavirus crisis expected a delay in delivery.Parcel arrived at destination four days later! Well pleased. Thanks.

I paid £30 for them to pickup an item for me. They gave me a window of 12 hours to wait for the courier to come and pick it up. No one came! No one called! A whole day wasted! Parcel ‘monkeys’ .....,,.. at least they got the name right ????
