I was able to send my large parcel for £13 instead of £57 and by choosing to send it by Parcel Force I was also able to take it to my very local Post Office for Parcel Force to collect
The parcel was also delivered in a few days to Germany.

I have no complaint against parcel monkey themselves but I have a bit issue with the delivery company that was used DHL. The driver left the parcel in a passageway of the block of flats where it was being delivered to. BUT I got a message saying the parcel had been delivered and SIGNED for by the person it was addressed to. Well it was never signed for and left it a place it couldve been taken by anyone.
I have sent messages of my complaint to them and they are ignoring me.
Not happy at all with this company.
