Have used Parcelmonkey for about 3 years now and no problems so far. Certainly their prices certainly stack up if you use them for Parcelforce instead of going to the Post Office. Also very good rates for Parcelforce Global Priority.

The online part of it was great but the post office didnt know how to process it. They said it was because it didnt say the amount on the label, or that Id paid.

Quick and easy to follow and cost effective. Only problem was the DPD tracking, it said delivered 24 hours before it was! Not sure how that works. Caused a bit of confusion anyway.

This is second time I have used this service, so impressed, I send to a friend in Sweden who lives in a town in a town high up in the middle of nowhere..not only can they not deceiver to her door, they deliver to the nearest supermarket and then she picks up from there...
It took less than a week to get there ( in this troubled time) absolutely amazing. Very good price too.

Engaged Parcel Monkey who despite knowing exactly what my parcel was to collect they assigned DX Group. I also took out insurance. Cutting a very long story short DX Group ended up losing my parcel (the entire collection process was a shambles). Warning: Parcel Monkey do not have contact number all communication is done via an online chat portal, so they are very slow to respond. In this situation they have taken no responsibility for their lack of ownership and I have now had to take this down a legal route. As they have advised (for complaints) I have sent them a letter 2 weeks ago so far no response... DO NOT USE DX OR PARCEL MONKEY TO COLLECT YOUR PARCELS.

Actual service is good but updates on the parcel monkey ‘dashboard’ are not, I can never seem to find out if the parcels have actually been delivered especially when I select Courier on Parcel Monkey. I have done a live chat with Parcel Monkey and got nowhere. Surely this should be easier ?? Such a shame I have to leave a poor review for such a basic bugbear !

Got stung with an extra £15 xray charge, then they wanted to charge for a 2nd £15 xray charge, paid for a 2-3 day service to Singapore, it waiting for next flight, told 72hr delay, 5 days later and still not left the country and different customer advisers tell me different things, they really need to step their customer support game up as its absolutely worse than useless

After inputting the parcel size, weight and shipping address I was given a list of suitable services to use. However the one I selected was apparently not suitable and the package was sent back to me. Parcelmonkey have refused to refund as I selected an incorrect service........Why did Parcelmonkey recommend it as the best option and then refuse to help???

The address was apparently hard to find but the courier went back the next day by which time the recipient had put instructions in place so the parcel was delivered safely. I was very impressed that your courier tried again the next day. Thank you.

Very disappointed this is the 2nd time I have used you and the parcel did not arrive on the due date each time so I wont be using you again. Each time it was for my grandsons birthday so they did not get the parcel with birthday presents for their birthday so paying £82.00 sucks a little bit.!!!

paid £46 to deliver 2 kgs to Colombia...well within weight. When it got there had another £25 to pay on delivery! Definitely wont use this service again
