Parcel monkey fairly good service but,unable to contact by phone. They are let down by some of the carriers they use. Parcelforce has been the worst in my experience.

I booked a parcel delivery to send to my family on Thursday night (5th March) and was told that the DPD would come to collect the parcel on 6th March. I would be charged for £8,95 plus VAT if the collection was unable due to my absence. I then had a day off on 6th March to make sure that the parcel would be collected. Until 6pm the courier did not tuen up and I rang DPD and I was told that Parcel Monkey did not book for a collection in my area so thats why there was no collection. I contacted Parcel Monkey customer service team online and I spoke to Deeya. All I was told was that they apologised for the inconvenience and they would like to reschedule for the next available collection date which is Monday (9th March). I expressed how unhappy I am and it has total wasted my time and money. The customer service team was not helpful at all and told me to either reschedule or cancel my order. I decided to cancel it and was told that it will take 3-5 working days to get my money back. My advice for those people would like to send their parcel via Parcel Monkey....Think again.

Easy to set up for collection and delivery of 5 parcels.
Next day delivery.
All parcels arrived safe and sound no damage.
Definitely recommend.

Dont waste your time with pallet delivery. Never picked up 3 times . Fob you off. Quick enough to take your money then charge extra for apparently rural location.48 hour delivery. 1 week later irate customer not received goods. Im away to book with a proper courier. Wont offer faster delivery if theyre were ever to pick up. Total joke.if you cant supply a service dont offer it end off.

I paid for a 1 day service for delivery of a very important document. The delivery took 5 days to arrive; the courier apologised but rather bizarrely Parcel Monkey dont think there is a problem and wont refund me. My advice would be to book direct with the courier.

Appalling service they sent my parcel via Hermes lost, Hermes confirmed they had lost it, no refund after weeks of chasing. DO NOT USE One Star is far to good for them

I must say that I was suprised and highly delighted with the excellent service and very reasonable costs. Parcel was colleced at the time promissed (13;40) and was delivered early the following day. I can highly recommend Parcel Monkey

14th January Parcel Monkey arranged to another courier and deliver using ParcelForce 24 service. Immediately lost parcel. Spent weeks trying to find it; not even registered it with ParcelForce so no tracking there. Eventually they decided they had lost it and opened a claim. Contacted by a stranger at the other end of the country on 25th Feb who has received my parcel. Have spent the time since then telling Parcel Monkey where it is so they can collect it and deliver it as they should have done, to be ignored. The only response on my open support ticket is a repeated question about sales invoices?? 9 days to continue ignoring my provided proof of where it is. Online chat can only tell me the relevant department is handling and someone will contact me by email, except that no-one is contacting me. Service is good when its good, but when its bad its abysmal. Customer Support is practically non-existent as its impossible to sensibly communicate with anyone. Next time Ill pay the extra and go direct with ParcelForce. Note: this is still ongoing and open with Parcel Monkey, and I dont usually leave reviews. But Im furious at them for losing my parcel in the first place, for it not even being registered with the ParcelForce tracking as bought and paid for, furious at being made to provide proof of sales for something when I selected a higher value of protection, and furious at feeling ignored this entire time.

I received a notification from them on Monday (6th March) letting me know that Hermes carrier was unable to deliver my parcel to the address given. It gave me a phone number to call but when I returned to the tracking info today the phone number is no longer indicated . I emailed parcel monkey this morning letting them know that I need to contact them about the problem and I have heard nothing back.
