My charity paid for next day delivery before 9am and the parcel was not delivered by 9am. Parcel Force then attempted to deliver the following days when the recipient was out and eventually took the parcel to a depot which was an inconvenient location for the recipient to collect the parcel from. No communication from Parcel Monkey or Parcel Force and no apology, compensation, refund or adequate attempt to resolve the issue. When we asked for the parcel to be returned to us we were asked to pay for this service! We will not be using parcel monkey again. They are a scam and have zero customer service.

Good Job Will use again for heavy parcels but still use HERMES for 1kg as they are the cheapest.

I have used this service for many years and have always found it excellent. The choices of carriers, prices and times have always given me what I needed. They are also helpful if something does not go to plan.

Scam website. Purchased a collection via Hermes the parcel has never been collected every day I get the same rubbish....print off ANOTHER label and rearrange delivery! Not acceptable! After asking for my refund for the non pick up I asked for my refund they are now ignoring all my emails!!! I also find it concerning that my paypal dispute that Ive opened is under a womans name and not parcelmonkey! Avoid at all costs and go to the delivery companies direct I wish I did!

Dont use these ever! I had a day off work ffor a courier to come and pick up an important parcel, they never came. Then I contacted parcel monkey chat and was blatantly lied to by the person on chat and told theyd checked gps and the courier was on their way. 15mins later after 1800pm i contact chat again and was told to re order a pick up. Ill never use this site ever again. Then they said Id got to wait 5 day for my refund back, so now I will be contacting VISA and forcing the money back through dispute. Because of their incompetence today as cost me well over a hundred pounds in earnings.

Excellent service I sent parcel abroad from UK to Oman parcel was collected on Friday afternoon and received on Tuesday quick service very pleased also best price was quoted as it does a price comparison which I choose . I highly recommend this service fast , efficient, cost effective and secure .

Good value, fast service. Quick to make my booking on Saturday, no specific day/time given, but the ParcelForce man turned up Monday to collect my package, which arrived in good condition (I had done a very secure job packing a knitting machine) 2 days later. Would use Parcel Monkey again, especially for larger items that I dont want to lift too much.

Very poor customer service when attempting to contact parcel monkey. Online chat responses were within the SLA of 7 days but responses were poor and didn’t listen to the questions being asked or points being raised.

Horrible... Im waiting for my parcel for 4 months from the UK to France, they dont want to tell me whats going on and keep asking me to complete forms. Ive already complete 5 times the SAME one and they keep telling me: if you dont complete it we wont investigate. Then they start again to ask me to complete an other similar form... it seems they are kidding me. Of course they charged me and Ive lost for £600 of things... DONT DEAL WITH THEM.

THIS COMPANY I USE TO SEND MY PARCEL ONES I SEND A PACK WITH THEM AND THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG with my Pack I Chatted with two Employment Linda and Emily they promess and we agreed that my pack was going to be send back to my place. They Dare Open my Pack and through away my goods without asking me a permission. Then I asked a clame they denied Me my clame for my Item. I dont Recommend This company. THEY ARE thieves and whatever they do is Unacceptable! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SEND PARCELL WITH THEM There is no way they will give your money Back. THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF your Trust

I love the ease of using Parcel Monkey. However the package arrived badly damaged. Fortunately the contents were sufficiently wrapped and only suffered a few scratches. I will not be picking that courier again.
