Opted for Parcelforce 48 hour service via ParcelMonkey. Item still hasnt been delivered 5 working days after drop off at the post office. Contacted ParcelMonkey who didnt seem interested at all. Book delivery direct with the delivery company as they have a compensation scheme for delayed deliveries

Obviously, the one issue with Parcel Monkey is that they are intermediaries and that their reputation depends on the couriers that are booked through them. This inevitably means that services can be very different. In the past this has caused me problems but this month, I have sent 2 large parcels via DX and Parcel Force that were booked through Parcel Monkey. Both got there on time in good condition (though the DX tracking info implied theyd managed to damage the box) and of course the price was good.

The only reason this wasn’t 5 stars is that they couldn’t give me a collection window, even am or pm, which meant staying in all day.

I will NEVER use parcel monkey again. They FAILED to deliver my parcel, claimed that I was absent which was not true, and sent my parcel back to the sender without even trying to contact me. They refused to refund my money and even forced me to pay a charge to get my parcel back. The process took months through their online system and so far not even an apology

All aspects of the service were excellent - price, collection and delivery were exactly as stated. My parcel was from Scotland to southern Spain and was delivered in good condition. Very pleased and would certainly use their service again.

Very bad service I paid to have my parcel delivered within 4/5 days one week later my parcel is still in a London depot and it’s still not delivered and now I’m being told possible delivery on the 17th what a joke actually pathetic

Easy process to prepare. Parcel collected on schedule and received in New Zealand intact, in good condition and within promised time frame.
Price was reasonable (for destination) and I can certainly recommend to any prospective client.

I paid for a particular collection day, got an SMS with a pick up time but no one arrived. Waited the whole day and no show. Parcel Monkey couldnt have been less helpful or apologetic. They wanted to move the pick up to a future day when I was not available. Hopeless! Im still awaiting an email and a refund.
