I have used them several times with no regret. though the last collection was a delay but not their fault but that of parcel force.

This is a fantastic service. Parcel Monkey provided me with the cheapest way to get a parcel from the UK to Singapore - only 2-3 working days!! Fantastic! What is more, I didn’t even have to take it anywhere - it was collected, and delivered to an address in Singapore on the day it said it would deliver. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again! Thank you.

I tried to use your chat this evening and would give Deeya less than one star if I was able as she was not helpful at all! I was ignored!! If she was unable to answer my query she could have said and perhaps referred me to someone else but no, she simply didnt respond and left me for 22mins just waiting for a response. So no, I would not recommend Parcel Monkey UK - they have the worst customer service I have experienced for a long time!

Still waiting for the return of £459 you owe me after damaging a brand new oven in transit i had insured with you and youve refused to pay out. Over 12 months now. Would not recommend anyone to use this company. Theyve blocked me from adding comments on facebook asking for the money they owe me.

Confusing and unhelpful service overall. I booked through Courier and while the Parcel Monkey website stated that collections are always between 8-6pm, I received a text saying my collection would be at 8pm. I used the online chat on Parcel Monkey’s site to advise on how to contact the courier, after which the assistant assured me it would be before 6 and just to wait. After waiting late at work past 8pm, no courier arrived and I received no updates. It wasn’t until the next day that I received another collection text and at which point the courier finally arrived. I won’t be using this service again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Worst delivery company I have used. 1st and last time. Used them for Courier collection. Parcel not collected, no card left to prove they had been but website said collected. Got a picture from seller showing me the parcel was still at his address.Then it was up to me to contact Parcel Monkey to re arrange collection to me. So a next day delivery turned into a 4 day( I HOPE), delivery. The live chat was no help. Wanted me to attach the label to the parcel. I kept telling them that I was the reciprient and the parcel was 100 miles away in London!

Have used Parcel monkey on more than one occasion and have a great service all the time all collections have been on time and no problems with the delivery to allover the country.

Parcel Monkey doesn’t take responsibility for damaged items. I was upset, as I payed for compensation value, in case of damage. My item was an expensive one.

Please avoid using this Parcel Monkey UK to book your service. Better just get the quote and got book directly with the courier company because if any problem they will refund and sorted problem for you. I have problem with my service below but Courier refused to refund because I booked my service through Parcel Monkey UK. When contacted Parcel Monkey UK, been told no collection guaranteed!!! So what is the point of book collection service and pay extra??!! I have booked the collection service with for Courier to another courier and delivery next day through Parcel Monkey UK. I have booked for collection on Wednesday and recieved the msg says the collection will be within 18.00 however driver has failed to turn up on Wednesday, I called customer service and only got connect to automatic system and been informed driver will be collecting parcel next day. I have waited all day on Thursday as msg suggested driver will be collecting between 11-12.00 but when I called customer serice, automatic system suggested driver will be in before 18.00. But they have failed to do it again!!! I called after 6 pm and finally got to speak with a person and been told that they have the problem with new driver who replaced they regular staff on holiday and the new driver failed to collect a lot of parcel!! really disappointed when I asked for any driver to another courier and get it delivery within Friday (next day) because my customer who have paid for they items requested the refund if product not reach them as promised, but I been told my customer service that this is not possible, unless I have to drop my parcel at the depot before 8 pm. by myself. At that point, I have no choice but have to get myself and 2 young children out of the house when it should be their bedtime and drop the parcel at the depot which is 30 mins drive to ensure my customer get item on time. (or I would have to refund the payment or faces with bad review) I totally participate that problem could occur in any business but Im utterly disappointed with the way Parcel Monkey UK and Courier dealing with the problem, they done very little (to almost nothing) to solve the problem. I have been waited for the collection for 2 days and no one has reach out to make me aware of the problem on collection. If I not try to connect and speak to the person on customer service I would still have no clue. And once the problem occurred they really not go out of they way to resolve the problem, it shown that they really not care about the customers who have chose to use they service.

Paid a lot of money to send parcel to India. Parcel didnt even leave the country and was returned to a depot. When parcel didnt arrive at the destination chased Parcel Monkey to be advised that it had a wrong address which i know for a fact is a correct address. Now had to pay more money for parcel to be returned back to address otherwise they are going to disperse the parcel. Have not been so frustrated as the parcel was very valuable.
