On March 10, it means from forty days I sent a parcel with you, and the period was three days because it is international and I paid the amount of 137.10 pounds, but after 15 days have passed you said that you will return it to me and that you will not be able to ship it, and I have been waiting for you to return the parcel a month ago and I am trying to communicate with you The chat every week tells me that he is in transit back to your store and now they said that I have to wait for 21 working days, I cannot wait any longer, and I do not know where the parcel is and I need to return the parcel to me.PM8100624 PLEASE!

Very disappointing when two attempts to pick up my item (with DX through Parcel Monkey) were unsuccessful despite a person staying at home two days in a row waiting for the courier. The courier doesnt show up and doesnt call. Every attempt to contact DX was in vain since they direct to Parcel Monkey. Order number is PM8181703, DX tracking number is 1235296914 I want my money back as I had to arrange a different courier company at the end.
