From Las Vegas 28th February - I sent the package to Italy. In 10 days the package was in all the States of America and not delivery to Italy yet. It Was supposed to arrive 5 working days after sending it! Only after 14 days arrived in London. Now its blocked because on the 13th of March Italy suspended all the flights and connections with other countries because of Corona Virus. I won’t see my package Never again because of Parcel Monkey and not because of the Virus! They were super late! I am extremely sad because I trusted this service and it failed! I won’t see my package never again! If you can wait 20 days to receive your package its the right company for you.. if you choose to get the package in 5-6 days from Usa.. DREAM!

The parcel arrived in 7 days time in Canada and quite cheap compared to other parcel companies. Its reliable and the instructions are easy to follow and quick to process on drop off at the Post office.

I could not be happier with this latest parcel sent to New Zealand. The cost was less that half the price of the next cheapest postal service. It arrived within a week of posting and in perfect condition.

no answers, they lost my parcel, and still no answering. they supposed to deliver a parcel internationally in 4 days, tracking no working, no idea where is the parcel, and customer service never replied.

I want to make a complaint. I have choosen 2 day express delivery for a child Birthday.There was a Birthday cake and Birthday gifts in it.Parcel was suppose to be delivered the latest by Saturday ( Birthday was on Sunday ). But it was late and delivered on Monday .I will not reccomend or use your service again.

Get it done in five - this is how long it should take maximum for you to book a parcel in for collection and delivery. I can get several parcels quoted and booked for collection easily in under five minutes.
Fast, efficient with a good selection of couriers to choose from.

Paid for £600 insurance - item arrived smashed to pieces two days later than the 24 hour service i paid for through Parcelforce. Had to pay almost £60 for postage there and the return - given £100 so lost a ton of money in this. Their argument was that they agreed with Parcelforce despite the service being massively delayed and damaged beyond repair. DO NOT PAY FOR EXTRA INSURANCE WITH THESE SCAM MERCHANTS.

HI have emailed you a couple of days ago about a duplicate payment for an order, and as yet no one has got back in touch with me Order number PM8108493 Invoice number 6774190 has 2 parcels going the same place, it was just 1 parcel but i have seen 2 payments going through my account I filed a complaint 3 days ago , but had no response as yet.
