Driver turned up, rung the buzzer and didnt come up. I went down and he had just gone knowing I was in. Arranged to have it collected the following day and nobody turned up. Had to wait until the next week to have it collected.

Overall a good experience. Good communication. Parcel was elated but information given re Coronavirus. Parcel arrived in Ireland in good condition. Will definitely use again. Good value

My item wasn’t collected and the service I paid for hasn’t happened. On querying the delay an why it hadn’t been collected was given no reason but would rebook collection for following day. No refund offered either unless I cancelled the now late order and started all over again. As a customer that’s used this service before I am greatly disappointed an will seek an alternative provider now

My order was placed over the easter holiday so there was an understandable delay in getting a pick up date but despite the irregularity of deliveries in france during the coronavirus crisis the package was picked up in london on tuesday afternoon and reached rural Burgundy on friday - much better service than other suppliers

Great! I could send my craft cider for a reasonable cost. Bonus is it arrived all in one piece at my friend’s in Liverpool, who is working very hard finding hospital beds and care home places for sick and elderly.

Paid for next day delivery parcel was collected last wednesday. tracking has been showing as friday delivery ever since it is now the following tuesday and I have contacted parcel monkey many times and had no luck in finding out why my parcel is delayed or where it is. I have had parcels posted since then that have all arrived. I will be using UPS direct going forward.

I sent two parcels at the same time, that needed to get to the destination together. Only to subsequently find out that the parcels somehow went via different routes and arrived 24 hours apart!

They delivered a new mountain bike and damaged it. I paid the extra insurance to cover this and when I went to make a claim they tried to say it wasn’t packed good enough. I worked in the packaging industry for over 10 years the bike was packed inside 3 triple walled boxes with 3/4 of a giant full size 1500cm roll of bubble wrap and 1/2 a roll of jiffy foam. They now trying to say it has to be large bubble wrap. The claims department are full of ****. And after the damage they caused they won’t pay out. Please avoid using this company by all means. They will rip you off. Even have cctv of the driver banging the box into the side door of the van without a care in the world. Will be getting the courts involved with this case and also the ferret. So let’s see what that brings. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. You have been warned. I used your services to get a parcel to the USA as quickly as possible at a time when all travel is limited, and few planes are travelling across the Atlantic..... you would usually offer this service door to door in 2/3 days - and my parcel arrived in 6 days, which is quite frankly pretty impressive in the circumstances..... it journeyed from Dorset, to Southampton, to Reading, to Heathrow, to East Midlands where there was a delay waiting for a plane, to Cincinnati in Ohio, then to Texas, and finally to its destination in Austin. I am extremely grateful!, and would not hesitate to recommend Parcel Monkey UK.

After having delivered a radiator that I didnt need and was returning to a supplier in its original packaging damaged and then denying a valid insurance claim, they provided me with an address to send a complaint. Having already suffered a loss of about £100, i spent a further £6.70 to register the letter and the message was undelivered because there was no response. This is totally unacceptable. It seems they employ very few people who cut and post replies without any thought or due consideration to their customer and their circumstances. Other companies are coping well despite the difficult environment under COVID-19 but this company is giving false information and unconcerned by the losses they are causing their customers. The only response they are giving to any customers with any grievance on this and other forums is to ask for a reference number to give the impression they are taking action but in fact are totally unresponsive to grievances. This company needs to be shut down for cheating people and hiding behind the COVID-19 situation, I found several other complaints on the internet about them which were dated before this situation. I regret not researching this company and considering my potential loss before engaging them.
