Fabulous service!! In this time of working from home, social distancing, and shops that are totally stripped of lots of products I dont know what I would have done without this service! Excellent service, quick access to the best prices and fast delivery overseas.
Its good to be able to select home pick up when that suits or to drop parcels at any Post Office for the Parcelforce ser vice.

A very easy process, sending a laptop to my mum-in-law in Spain. Drop off at Homebase was painless, timescales were as specified and the package arrived safely. I will certainly use ParcelMonkey again.

Item arrived a week and a half late, was damaged and items missing. Contact was delayed , rude and insulting ....offered 20 pounds as a "good will gesture" despite paying extra for protection insurance. Worst service and communication skills.

Far better than my local post office by far
they wanted to charge 110 pounds DPD did it for 37 with insurance
for a parcel to Australia from the UK small package.

Excellent service. booked online at 8am, dropped at Post office at 9am, delivered at 9am next day. Very reasonable price, much cheaper than Royal Mail & other delivery services. I will definitely be using you again.

Im always impressed by DPDs service. They are good and reliable. Also, I really enjoy that they do give some estimated time for delivery and you may track their van. Its so much better than other companies that state: "estimated time between 8-18 h, wait for 10 h behind the door please!".
Parcel monkey is also a quite useful tool for comapring shipping companies, its fast and makes my life easier.

you charged our money 11.10 pounds, but nobody collected the parcel in London. we are waiting at home, but nobody come over. Ridiculous, on your web says: your staff called our door, no customer is at home. Then, we made another collection in Leed by paying 11.10 pounds, my another friend, but the same thing happened again. my friend is waiting for your coming, but Nobody came to collect, but your web says, no customer is at home. you are liar! We try to find any update on your web, but nothing there, no update any more. you stolen our money ! Shame on you! Rubbish company!

The service from Parcel Monkey is always exemplary. It is collected when it should be and always arrives on or before the date it is expected and that includes all shipments we have made to the US and Switzerland in recent times.

Collection by Courier was missed by 5 hours and had to be rescheduled .....Courier tracking service for collection absolutely useless couldnt even recognise their own collection reference number and ended the call saying to contact the sender for more information WE were the sender !!!!!!!!!!!
