Fantastic service, despite royal mail telling me they would take 2-3 weeks to deliver to Germany during coronavirus, parcel force did it in 3 days.

Quick and easy to use! Have never done anything like this before, and was very beginner-friendly. I didnt even have to print a label! Got to the other side safely and without damage.

The services rendered is more than bad. Is absolutely disastrous and indescribable. It is the worse courier services I have ever traded with in my life. I placed and order. No one come or calls but they keep on sending messages that the courier service came to pick it up and no one was home meanwhile am home all day because of the virus. Is getting to two weeks since I placed and till date, the recipient hasn’t received his medication nor have they taken it from my premises for delivery. I think is nothing but a scam courier services. No one should try them.

This was the first time I used Parcel Monkey, very pleased, excellent service, and for the weight of the parcel, and delivery the next day, excellent value, and much cheaper than the Post Office for the same service.

Parcel was not collected on designated day although I accept services may be impacted by the current situation. Once collection was rearranged, parcel was collected and arrived on time to its recipient.

Not necessarily Parcel Monkey, but I opted for Parcel Force to deliver two (non-identical packages), one to Italy and the other to the Netherlands. Needless to say, because of the incompetence of the Parcel Force pick up driver, the packages went to the wrong address. This ever happened when I printed 0ff the bar code at home. It is a serious fault with the system and it has cost me money. I am not happy.

Great service and price. It was so easy to book on line at a very reasonable price. I was quoted 5 times the price by another delivery service. This is why I know the price is great value for money. Collection was as expected and delivery prompt given current lockdown restrictions. So easy to track my parcel and confirm when it had been delivered. Would definitely use again.
