very easy website

I live in the UK and my best friend lives in Taiwan. The parcel was picked up from me around 9am Monday morning and was delivered to my friend 10am local time on Thursday! Super quick!

Brilliant service from logging the details online to delivery. The parcel arrived in France 2 days after collection as advised and was updated all the time on progress. Speedy and efficient.

This company is absolutely disgusting to deal with. They will avoid speaking with you and push you away till you cant be bothered anymore. I ordered next day delivery and my package took 3 weeks, not to mention I had to pick up my package from the depot, visited 3x times from misleading information from the team. NOW ON TOP OF THIS, while my package has been "lost" in a depo for 3 weeks its been ripped open, stepped on, and thrown around. So I paid for them to hold my package and to damage it now when I want a claim, and they are giving me a line of ****. why should I take the loss?? - Give me an email of a manager in the claims, - Avoid this company, they may deliver on time SOMETIMES but if anything goes wrong they will not be there for you.

Have used Parcel Monkey UK on many occasions abroad....very impressed with service. Used for the first time their pick up service then onto end destination both in the UK.....again cant fault service especially as these are very difficult times. The only glitch...we were unable to track the parcel as the system did not accept any of the required information, as I said these are very strange times and said parcel did arrive. Thank you once again Parcel Monkey for doing a great job :)

I have put through quite a few items through you over the last 2 weeks. However after raising a claim for a damaged helmet and the experience it’s brought Iv started looking at other providers. Courier I contacted direct and were empathic and would have resolved the matter but as I used you they told me the claim has to go through you. I have written with pictures and proof of payment. Then at your claims teams request filled out a form with the same info. Then again at your claims request resubmitted the same info again. I asked them to escalate this yesterday eve and now no response. Not happy and for the sake of £40 and a clear courier error even admitted by Courier themselves Iv started funnelling my services elsewhere. Claim Is ongoing and need a serious revamp as no customer service.

Having used Parcel monkey on numerous occasions to send parcels to our son in Italy I am always delighted and astonished at the speed of the delivery. We handed the parcel to the Royal Mail guy on Monday lunchtime and it arrived Friday at the same time in Italy..7.5 kg for £19.00...Amazing.

Sent a 2 parcels to the value of £415 to Greece almost a month ago and the tracking via parcel force shows that the parcels are held in the UK being held for export which has been the case since 2nd March 2020. Parcel Monkey have said that the parcels have already been exported to Greece and they are investigating the matter. This has been the same response now for 2 weeks. They wont give me a claim form and they havent updated me further on my parcels. Terrible customer service. Ive purchased insurance for both but they refuse to start a claim. Ridiculous as i now risk losing a new customer as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you read my previous reviews on this company, you would see that nobody is actually dealing with any issues. Even my last post was predictably replied to in their standard manner of asking for a PM number to give the appearance that they are dealing with the issue but nobody actually is. I submitted the PM number and had no response. The address that they give for complaints is not accepting mail either as I have had a tracked mail returned because there was no reply. My communication through their portal is exactly the same - they give responses which prove that they are not actually reading any messages but posting standard replies which give the false impression that they are handling it.
