Im not sure who fault but its probably parcelforce. I dropped my parcel at the post office last Tuesday and was told by them that the parcelforce had called early so Id already missed collection that day. Parcel was collected on Wednesday and told it would be delivered Thursday. Ive just seen that it has only been delivered today. I understand that there is a pandemic going on but feel Ive paid extra for a service that Ive not received. There was no clear explanation on your website saying this deliver will take up to a week. I would like to take my claim further and look at a refund. Shocking service from parcel monkey and parcel force on this occasion. This has put me off using your service again in the future.

I sent my parcel on 1st April, and it still hasnt been received on 13th! On the tracker it shows up until 2nd April - then nothing. I have emailed about this but had no response and so I can only assume it has been lost !

Used PM for the first time last week was desperate to make sure my granddaughter got her 5th birthday presents for today 13th April. We were meant to spend this special day with her, due to the Coronavirus circumstances this was not possible.
Parcel was collected last Tuesday driver was very professional he had his mask and gloves on knock on the door and kept the social distance we left the box outside and he took it and posted the paperwork through the letterbox. The parcel arrived in Poland on Thursday that week that’s amazing considering the lockdown we are under.
I would like to say a very big thank you to the driver who picked up our parcel and to everyone who made it possible to get the parcel to my granddaughter on time given the extreme circumstances we are all going through at the moment.
I thoroughly recommend Parcel Monkey and will use them again.

Really disappointed with a service. My INSURED package was never delivered, a communication with Parcel Monkey was very poor and limited. Its been a over a month and the issues have not been resolved yet.
