I was unable to track the parcel. I am unsure if it has been delivered. I put in the tracker the number at the top of the email you sent for tracking but it never worked. I would not use this service again or recommend it.

Booked and paid for next day delivery but parcel was actually delivered 6 days after making booking. At no point during the process was the chance it could take this long ever mentioned. Tracking was impossible with the information I initially received and there was no way of making contact with the company to clarify situation. Complete waste of £16

These guys are bull sh. They sell you next day delivery but then the delivery company says sorry 5 days and the Parcel Monkey fraudsters say tough sh - read our T&Cs. Stay away from these useless bull sh artists. They take your money and deliver whenever and dont give a sh.

Despite COVID-19, I was able to arrange and send a package to Switzerland easily online merely dropping it at the Post Office. There was a delay because of COVID but the package made it safely there.

Great way to send heavier parcels to UK addresses without breaking the bank. Very useful during covid 19 lockdown as parcel collected by courier as a "contact free collection". Its a good time for all of us to clear out all the old items we no longer use or need. So as some are heavy use Parcel Monkey to assist on postage costs and put a bit more back in your bank account!!!
