Booking a collection of the parcel I wanted delivered was quick and easy. It was collected the following day from my house. I was able to track the parcel all the way to it"s destination. It could not have been easier.

First time using Parcel Monkey was a really pleasant experience, it was easy to book collection with the courier and keep track of the parcel till it was delivered. I booked the collection just before midnight and the parcel was collected less than 12 hours later. I’m very pleased and will most definitely use Parcel Monkey again

I love this service, used it up to 7-8 times, always on time and so cheap. Couldn’t afford Parcel Force through them as my parcel are always over 10 kg.
Love them, recommend them and will carry on using them.
Thank you Parcel Monkey for making sending parcels to my grandchildren so easy and cheap and always on time.

Total scam when it comes to loss or Damage. BEWARE I pay to have parcel delivered, I pay insurance against breakage and loss, It gets there and smashed to bits, the internal framework clearly snapped as stood on, not bad as solid wood. I Claim to repair contents and 40 days later NOTHING, I cannot claim because they say the client did not reply to an email even though client proved not received anything , . is the company. you dont get appeal, what a total and utter personal con, BEWARE. they fob you off sayng courier declines, but you cannot contact courier just a con. I though were a good company , yes they will take your money but the one time you need it, they turn.

Impossible to talk to anyone. All they did was push me to Hermes. As it was an international delivery (France!) Hermes pushed me back to Parcel Monkey so I am going around in circles. Feels like I am the Monkey for using them! When I did an online enquiry all I got back was questions asking about my package and its contents - information they already had when I made my booking. Just another stalling tactic. It is now day 9 on a delivery that was scheduled to take 4 days and it seems nobody can help me.

Delighted. I never bother to write reviews normally. I wanted to send a 6kg parcel of books to my mum in France to try to lift her mood in isolation. The Post Office quoted me over £50 and I had heard from friends that their similar packages were taking over 3 weeks. Parcel monkey arranged for DPD to deliver it for about £14. They collected it from my house at the time they said they would and it has arrived at my parents house in perfect condition 5 days later. Even though it was travelling over two different bank holidays (1UK, 1 French). Cant recommend the service highly enough and I will definitely be using it regularly now. Thank you!

Good but,even though I am aware delivery has been made,my Parcel Monkey dashboard does not indicate this.It simply states "out for delivery","in transit" or "processed at facility" for the 3 consignments I have made.This needs to be addressed for clarification purposes.

will blame cv19, it took over a week to get to destination. Got there in the end. the tracking did not make sense but will use again if needed

EXCELLENT SERVICE
PICKED UP AT 12 NOON FROM MERSEYSIDE
AND ARRIVED IN SCOTLAND NEXT DAY AT 10AM
TRACKED AND INFORMED TIME OF DELIVERY.
IN THIS CHALLENGING TIME COULDNT BELIEVE
THE PARCEL ARRIVED SO QUICKLY AND THE COST
WAS CHEAPER THAN GOING THROUGH THE POST OFFICE.

Good easy to do etc. Annoying that you have to put receivers phone number in as I did not had that so I used mine.
It would be good to fwd the tracking info without having to log in. I sent the link on but they where not able to view the progress

i paid almost 200 pounds to send a small box of medical supplies to trinidad and tobago for covid19 ... my parcel didnt even leave the uk it went on hold with the company parcel monkey uses norsk something because they apparently removed the commercial invoice i attached to the package ... no one contacted me no messages nothing sitting there for days until i decided to track it... when i called norsk because parcel monkey has no phone support norsk was rude and dismiss me told me to contact parcel monkey
