I used parcel monkey twice in one week and the service was out class. One parcel send to France and the other to highland in Scotland both delivered in time. Prices I paid were very very competitive infact the cheapest I could get.

All is good if the parcel is delivered. I used them for 2 months to send more then 50 parcels. The problems start when something goes wrong. They lost ne a parcel and after 1 month still not received a refund back. The process you need to go is unbelievable and no logic. After they ask so so many questions they ask for a written and signed declaration from the buyer/recipient. However this just one of issues i had with them. If you pay £30 for a Saturday delivery they delivered Monday and no answer for 1 week why this happened I advise to buy directly from Parcelforce or Hermes or Courier instead to use them. I stop to use them because of all this. I had 10 delivery issues from 50 parcels send.

Collection with Courier was after the time I was told in the text. Parcelmoney were very unsympthatetic when I asked for an update on this delivery time, hence I wouldnt use them again

Brilliant! Thank you so much. Wanted to have a small wooden bistro set sent to my son after it had been revarnished (he lives 200 miles away). Contacted ParcelMonkey and they sorted it for me. Will never use again. Parcel was returned to me after two weeks and they blamed Covid-19 for being unable to get the package on a flight. Well surely they knew that when I actually booked the collection! I received a refund, but due to the exchange rate fluctuating in the TWO WEEKS it took them to decide they were unable to deliver the package, this is actually less then what I paid, so in effect, to not have my parcel delivered has cost me $10 and a hell of a lot of time wasted in contacting them numerous times. They are now not returning my emails in relation to claiming on my insurance. Disgraceful non service.

The worst service i have ever had. My collection has been rescheduled twice by company because courier didnt come. There is no landline to raise an complaint and even no confirmation email about cancellation and refund process. Very poor service. Will not recommend.

Great service, competitive prices and good timing. Even with COVID 19 and an Auz Bank Holiday just took 2 and half weeks to get from Edinburgh to outside Perth in Auz. Would definitely use again.

many parcels do not get there next day, even though that is what i have paid for. some have taken more than a week and goods are ruined. never had even a refund of the carriage costs.

0n 07/04/2020 I sent documents to South Africa. It was supposed to be delivered on 15/04/2020. Its 27/04/2020 and still not delivered. PDP tracking info states it is at the local delivery depot. (Since 21/04/2020.) I contacted Parcel Monkey twice and all Im being told Is that they will get back to me within 5-7 days with an update on when the documents will be delivered! I paid for Air Express. I should have sent it via regular post instead. It would have been delivered by now and would have cheaper! (PM8174939) Not interested to receive any requests to contact Parcel Monkey. All I want to know when the documents will be delivered and what their complaints department details are!
