My experience with Parcel Monkey has been positive overall, the only thing I would say is that it usually takes a couple of days longer than stated for parcels to reach their destination - this does not matter to me much though. Parcels so far always arrived safely, and thats the most important point!

The service was even worse than bad, The parcel that was promised to to be delivered in 3-5 days took 10 and was broken into pieces, I paid £19 to have a present ruined.

CAUTION!!!! This Company will rip you off!! THIS IS HOW THE SCAM WORKS -BE WARNED!!! When you make booking you have to tick a box agreeing to any extra charges that are levied!! This is the same as giving someone you do not know or trust, complete and free access to your credit card!! And believe me they WILL use it!! Once your package has been picked, and probably just after you have had it delivered, you get an email telling you that their “Laser” measured your package and found it was bigger than you declared, and that they are having to deduct a further 45 Pounds from your card!!! You cannot stop them!! And because you KNOW that you measured and weighed the case correctly before you sent it, you now know you have been ripped off, and if you trawl through previous reviews you will find how often this scam is used!! DO NOT USE THEM!! It is useless trying to get a refund because they will string you along saying they are still looking into it. We used them before, but after being ripped of with this scam, will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN! Please check out previous bad reviews to see how often this happens!

Despite my initial collection date being missed due to error on Parcel Monkey or the carriers part, my parcel was collected promptly the following day and delivered internationally quickly. Very happy!

When it all goes well its an OK service. However when you have a parcel squashed and broken take note your insurance may well be worthless. They offered me only £150 of the total value even though it was insured for £600. Insurance which cost more than the shipping ..they dont play fair and blame anyone except the couriers, it was a 1 inch metal frame..how the hell they squashed it is beyond belief Taking court action to stop this nonsense, but could do without the hassle. They have been dragging it out since Oct last year.

I cant fault the service. A 17kg box sent from the UK to New Zealand in 7 days for a third of the price that Parcel Force wanted....and sent with Parcel Force International through Parcel Monkey. A large number of different sending options with top couriers like DHL and FedX. Easy and intuitive website. 5* rating from me and will definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you.

This is the third time I have booked the DPD pick up and delivery service through Parcel Monkey.Each time the boxes have been picked up as agreed and delivered as stated, three days later in Central Europe. An excellent and reliable service, and I will be using it again.

Paid 15.00 for delivery of a parcel and didnt get collected, so changed to another paid even more and delivery late by days, complained to parcel monkey and were useless and didnt care and did nothing except throw their terms and conditions at me. They lose as wont ever use again and will be telling people to avoid this terrible company. happy to take your money but will wriggle out of any issue you have and do nothing to sort it out or even offer compensation after you pay guaranteed delivery and dont get it. I was conned and they clearly dont care ! avoid if you dont want upset and stress and want your parcel to be delivered !!!!

Part of this review is actually in regard to DX couriers. It doesnt actually matter who the courier is - its just part of the backstory. So, here it goes: I booked a pallet service through PaMo for Wednesday, DX didnt turn up. Re-booked for the following Wednesday and stressed the fact that it definitely has to be Wednesday, as there is no-one there any other day (PaMo kept confirming and assuring me they will come). Guess what. Turned up Thursday wondering why there is no-one there. So, I cancelled it altogether with PaMo, who assured me its cancelled (they are very good at assuring things, not so good at the things that matter). Then, I booked with a more reputable company to collect the following Wednesday. Thinking that DX had been cancelled, I didnt think I needed to tell the guy I collected from not to hand out to DX if they showed up. Guess who showed up 30min before the new company and effectively "stole" the consignment (ignoring the new label on the pallet and putting their own label on top) causing me to be out of pocket with the new company for the failed attempt? Yea, DX. After 2 weeks, they turn up on time, despite having cancelled them a week before. Absolute Crooks! And so are parcelmonkey, who take no blame and actually think its my fault for handing it out, as apparently not all couriers get the cancellation message within 24hrs. After telling them the cancellation happened nearly a week prior to collection they didnt know what to say. Really unprofessional and wouldnt recommend to anyone else.

If there was less than 1 star then that would be my rating. Our parcel was never collected despite daily assurances that this would be our luck day!!! Took my money and I am yet to have a refund for the package that is still sitting in my lounge. An absolutely shocking level of service. Ineptitude of the highest order. And now you have to actual nerve to ask me how you did. What an absolute joke. I’m currently preparing my complaint and my social media posts to ensure people will think twice before using your, I use this word reluctantly, service!!!
