My parcel has gone missing. I returned a pair of boots to SportsDirect. The parcel was collected, but not delivered. Tracking number doesnt work. Not impressed.

Excellent service.
A 13kg parcel from UK to Spain in 3 days, during CV19 lockdown, with full track and trace, is well beyond what I was expecting.
I will definitely use ParcelMonkey again!

Had bad experiences with SEUR SITGES & RIBES. They appear to not want to go down windy roads into the hills or fight to find a dodgy over-complicated address. But booking via Parcel Monkey, with some insurance and they did. Brilliant (was not confident, when saw it was them!)

Do not use! Their insurance is a scam as they pretty much dont cover anything and hide their list of items they dont insure! Even if the courier allows these items insured they have a list a mile long of prohibited items.. Complete scammers! You have been warned

I used parcel monkey just once, and they incorrectly measured my parcel and charged me extra for it. Unfortunately the parcel had already been delivered, so I could not get proof but the parcel itself was measured by me (a professional masters degree qualified engineer) at 14cm wide, that they managed to measure at 41cm wide. Seems like a simple mixup in their process but one which has meant theyve charged me money unnecessarily, and refuse to listen to my side of the story. In my book I rate a company not how well it does things when things go well, but how they resolve issues when things go wrong. Here, something has gone wrong and theyve chosen to ignore their customer and handled it very very badly with no sign of any investigation into the error. They simply dont care once they have your money, even if they took it without your consent.
