Parcel Monkey doesnt even deserve one star. Absolutely worst and unreliable service. My parcels have not been collected for 2nd day in a row. It is a massive shamble to get in touch with the Parcel Monkey team. You cant call customer service, there is no number. Only via email, which in 99% percent of the time the email is left an answered. Still waiting for my parcels to be picked up by Courier Parcel. Stay away. If you want to save time and money.

Beware of the scam. If undelivered your parcel wont be returned to you even though you have to add a return address when you book. It goes to parcel monkey and then they charge you to send it back plus an administration fee! Clever huh?

Mainly good and efficient.
BUT : The option stated by Parcel Monkey, to send by Parcel Force and hand in at ANY Post Office, is not currently correct for parcels over 2 kilos - my local branch post office will not accept them, they insist these have to go to a full or main post office quite some distance away if they are over 2 kilos. I am told the Post Office rules have changed because of Covid (why? seems odd, is this true? anyway, theyve twice refused a ParcelForce item slightly over 2 kilos which should normally be permitted). Maybe Parcel Monkey should catch up on this.
If sending parcels abroad : some countries where people live in large blocks of flats, signs like "/" or "-" or "," are used to indicate floors or apartment numbers - but in Parcel Monkeys address form, Ive found these signs are not permitted, you can only use letters and numbers, makes you wonder if it will be delivered correctly.
Otherwise great and cheaper than the Post Office, there is also a choice of other courier options at different prices if you want.

Although the parcel (unusually) wasn’t collected on the day programmed, hence 4 stars, it was delivered to Spain easily within the number of days specified. Great service! And good value in this difficult time.

Amazing. Parcel was collected on Thursday afternoon from the comfort of my own home and arrived in Hong Kong on Tuesday afternoon. I couldn’t believe the quick turnaround. Very reasonable prices. I initially went to the post office and they were going to charge me over three times the price that parcel monkey charged.

I have invested quite heavily in past weeks and when it works it is simple and good value BUT... When an item is not collected and then arranged 2 days later (so a next day service is delayed by two days) Parcel Monkey dont actually care or offer any useful response or accept responsibility. no refund or credit or any resemblance of goodwill... PARCEL MONKEY is a very good example of VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - 1 star out of 5. have previously highly recommended but owing to their response and in-action would not recommend and wont use again

If I could leave a 0 star I would, but I am not able to. The service is so bad, I am still shocked. My parcel is 13 days late now and I still have no idea whether its going to be delivered, where it is, if its damaged (says it is on tracking but PM say no). The only replies I can get off ALL customer service reps are I cannot tell you when it will be delivered, we will update you when we know. Its shocking. I have spoken to Parcel Force and GLS who after investigation work have my parcel, they have been so helpful but unable to speak to me because they need to go through PM who DO NOT HAVE PHONE LINES TO CALL. GLS told me they were waiting to hear from PM with further info, the information that I gave to PM over a week ago now. I just cant express how truly awful this service is. Would STRONGLY advise against using them. I dont blame the customer service reps as they are just following protocol but as a company its TERRIBLE. AVOID at all costs!!!!

Had to cancel as Parcelforce didnt collect. Also lied and said collection was attempted, but were unable to provide the time after I told them Ill check the camera. I know this is a Parcelforce issue, but my contract of service is with Parcel Monkey, not Parcelforce. Also they have no contact number at all.

We have never used Parcel Monkey before so thought we would give it a try. The process was really easy, and we think the value was very good. I couldnt get one of the labels to print down one side so I filled it in by hand. The box was dropped off at the post office and as the parcel was going to Ireland we certainly didnt expect to hear that it had arrived in well under a week. We will use Parcel Monkey again.
