Received an e mail to say the parcel was being collected at 21.52 to 01.52 !! Ridiculous time ! Then I received an email to say collection had been attempted at 19.53 - it hadn’t - I was in, with 2 dogs who bark if anyone approaches !! Finally picked up the next day and took 48 hours to get to its destination ! Rubbish service v- will not use again

I always use parcel monkey to arrange my parcel from the uk to ireland , never had any issues with them, they normally arrive when stated , the recent box was a day late, but given the current circumstances I find that acceptable, I would highly recommend this service

AWFUL Company, absolute bunch of crooks that will NEVER honour or refund damaged or lost parcels regardless of the insurance you pay for, they always have an excuse. DO NOT use them. Avoid and save your money and time. They also take random additional payments from your account without permission by claiming your parcel was "overweight" or not the size you declared at checkout (always untrue) I have used them for years with this same issue over and over but recently they scammed me out of over £200 by destroying a parcel and then refusing to compensate me for the damage and this was the last straw. I never write reviews but in the chance this might save somebody from being scammed by this company then I have done my good deed for the day, they should not be trading.
