Parcel Monkey did a great job of finding a courier to pick up and deliver some lost property for me from an overland railway station. And the quotes were great too!

Everything good until something goes wrong. My parcel was water damaged and crushed in transit by DPD. Took out insurance and what a waste of time, every excuse under the sun to avoid paying my claim. Even having the cheek to say insufficiently packaged up (extra rolls of bubble wrap and strong inner cardboard packaging). DPD even repackaged my item in there own packaging due to the damage. AVOID UNLESS NO INSURANCE REQUIRED

Compatible prices from well known courier services , answers when you need help is there , website has some delay on update cancellations etc but it be perfectly handled and refunded , tracking works nice i proberly will go use them more often

my parcel got lost and it was only wen i chased it that i found out where it was. Sitting in customs... then i was told it would not be delivered with no reason given. then i was asked to pay for the parcel to return to me. other wise it would be destroyed. i found the service poor and only after a barrage of emails back and forth did i get my parcel sent back to me free of charge with a refund. Customer service needs to improve dramatically.

Honestly, i have zero complaints, never heard of this company bar less used them, but when RM were quoting me £82 to send a parcel internationally tracked, i thought i would check Parcel Monkey out. Pleasantly surprised with the prices and how easy it was to create the order, pay for it and get all the relevant pieces of paper i needed to put on my parcel. Would use again!

Very disappointed with this delivery because I have given 5 well deserved star ratings previously. Parcel was indeed received by international recipient 12 days after collection (6 had been quoted on carrier choice), however the collection and tracking of this parcel was very poor. The carrier company arrived as planned but was a very negative and unfriendly individual, saying that they were not informed the parcel was so big and didnt know if there was enough room on the collection vehicle. There was fortunately but I didnt feel confident about the parcel arriving at its destination at this point. The parcel was only tracked to its English hub prior to continuing on to Europe. The tracking link on Parcel Monkey stopped working once it had been delivered to this hub with no explanation or details. The tracking number I had been left with only tracked to the hub. The recipient was receiving emails to let them know when the parcel would be delivered, I however received no communications and relied on recipient to let me know when it would be delivered.

I have used them several times with no regret. though the last collection was a delay but not their fault but that of parcel force.

This is a fantastic service. Parcel Monkey provided me with the cheapest way to get a parcel from the UK to Singapore - only 2-3 working days!! Fantastic! What is more, I didn’t even have to take it anywhere - it was collected, and delivered to an address in Singapore on the day it said it would deliver. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again! Thank you.
