Excellent service. Only improvement would be to specify a time slot for collection by the carriers you make your choice from, rather than having to commit to a whole day waiting for collection.

Have used parcel monkey for about 6 parcels, 3 of which was overseas. However they were all with parcelforce. No issues with speed, one or 2 had issues with contact numbers and addresses but was quickly resolved by the parcel monkey team via email

Some time ago I was in communication with Parcel force in the absence of help fro PM. I SPENT TWO WEEKS SENDING THE PHOTOS AND DISCRIPTIONS TO ESTABLISH IT HAD BEEN STOLEN . I THEN TRIDE TO CLAIM ON THE INSURANCE THROUGH PM. PM REFUSED TO DEAL WITH THE CLAIM BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 7 DAYES. INFURIATING IN THAT, I WENT DIRECTLY TO PARCEL FORCE. SIMPLY BECAUSE PM FAIL TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUT IT WHEN I REPRTED IT TO THEM. YOU NEED TO PERSUE THES THINGS QUICKER AS AFTER 24 HRS ITS DIFFICULTTO TRACE. THATS THE POLICE GOLDEN 24 HR RULE. SO **** .DONT KNOW WHY I STILL USE THEM . I lost £78. And the potential of 200 profit. GRAHAM DURRANT

I paid £17.03 to send a parcel containing, among other things, hand sanitisers to Singapore. As advised, I checked their prohibited and restricted items list, but there was no mention of hand sanitisers. After receiving no updates for over a week, I contacted them and was told that "the parcel has been reconsigned back to the UK, the reason stated is due to the fact that it contains prohibited items" and was told that "the Returns Team will be in touch with you as soon as the parcel is back in the UK". I knew that hand sanitisers were not prohibited from entering Singapore and therefore hadnt been sent to Singapore, so I pushed for more information. I was then told "Please see our our prohibited items list as it clearly states Any Item Containing Liquids is prohibited and cannot be sent". Clearly, really? You would have to search through a long list to find it, even if you were looking for it! Ok, so I can accept that liquids cant be sent, but why did it take so long to inform me and why do I have to pay an additional £14.75 (incl. VAT) for my parcel to be returned, when Ive already paid £17.03 for it to be sent to Singapore? And why are you charging me a £5.00 admin fee? Basically, they dont add any value, and will find ways of getting more money from you, so youre better off paying the extra to go direct to the carrier in the first place.

Djembe drums are quite vulnerable - so to have one carried by a parcel firm was a bit scary. However, I dropped it off at my local Post Office over the weekend... it left there on Monday morning - and arrived in Wales on the Tuesday, safely!!! Thank you!

Easy site to use and get quotes for sending parcels abroad. The system worked perfectly for me, I could print off the label and drop it locally. It arrived in very good time.

I sent a motorbike pannier set with parcel money and used a large soft plastic bag to wrap them in I weighed it and measured it and it was perfect to the size and weight for the instructions on the website. Ive now had an invoice for an additional £50 saying the my bag was over by 4kg and the size was over what was instructed on the website This is NOT TRUE I weighed the bag using two scales. Bathroom digital scales and holiday scales that you hold in your hand. I also measured the bag with a sewing measuring tape as the item was not in a conventional box like shape. As the material was soft of the bag I believe that they have purposely stretched the bag to send me these charges. Im Absolutely disgusted! I am trying to raise money to scatter my partner his ashes across Europe and sold his bike set of pannier to help fund this and parcel Monkey have just robbed me

Absolute rubbish! Stay far away!m Booked parcel from Spain to Uk. Several days passed no update. Parcel monkey has no contact number it’s online so couldn’t get through to them until 2 weeks had past (via online email). They replied saying ‘sorry your parcel wasn’t collected how do you wish to go forward’. Erm hello, it’s been 3 weeks since booking your service had I not contacted them they would have taken my funds and left it at that. They didn’t even have the courtesy to email me or call me to let me know. Complete rubbish! It’s almost laughable! Please stay away unless you want HEADACHE!

I sent a parcel to Crete Greece to a family friend as a late christmas present . It never arrived but was told when tracking on line the parcel was sitting in a postal office in Crete Greece. I then asked for the contact number of the postal office in Greece Crete , so i could ask my friends to go and collect the item. Parcel monkey would NOT give me these details, i then asked for a refund for the postage and the item. Total cost £40.00 This is not a lot iN Total Cost i know, but the way Parcel monkey have conducted matters & acted, Has shown they could not give a flying fig about anything and offered me just £18.00 which is a total insult I have found this company to be not worth trusting have a total layback approach and is a service i would strongly say to avoid , Your Far better paying slightly more and use a company with a good name . the issues i have faced is totally wrong and Parcel Monkey are out of order they do not care and the lack of giving simple requested information which was well documented is shocking . I intend to expose this company and will follow this up with legal direction and hope that Parcel Monkey get exposed for what they are

Terrible!! I went out of my way NOT TO USE MY regular courier because I wanted my daughter and NEW granddaughter to receive their presents BEFORE Christmas... they still HAVEN’T received my 40kg box... I’m absolutely devastated ????????????

Great service, so easy to use, parcel picked up at my door, emails to say when it would arrive to delivery address, arrived on Saturday in France from a Thursday pick up.
Very reasonable prices too.
This will be my delivery company of choice now.

Do not use this company if you actually want your item to be delivered, 3 days I got fobbed off with no collection, only to be advised it would be best to cancel the order and wait 3-5 days for a refund. Absolute joke, took no responsibility for non collection and got no reply when asked for a complaint form as Ive lost a sale and a potential repeat customer. Not happy and will never use again after such incompetence.
