Parcel Monkey are just a go-between between customer and courier and that was ok, but Courier lost my Parcel

It was easy to book and print the label, the only down side was our post office only comes to our village twice a week and the post master wasnt keen to take the parcel,(saying it should be taken to a main branch and it might not fit in his car) we paid for the 24 hour service but it actually took 48 hours for it to arrive. probably due to the collection time from the main post office. The parcel arrived in excellent condition, we were happy with the overall service. We would use parcel monkey again.

Parcel picked up in Sunderland and delivered near Preston within 48 hours. Easy to sort and great value for money.
Great in these difficult times as saved on petrol and safe distance!

2 recent collections booked through Parcel Monkey with Courier as the agent. Neither were collected. Parcel Monkey staff on chat are useless and unhelpful, telling you to leave a few more hours despite your priority collection time having passed by several hours. I was told to rebook the collection at my additional expense and has to chase a refund for the first failed collection. When raising the most recent collection had not happened again, the agent’s first response to me was that she had cancelled my collection meaning I again needed to rebook. This agent was adamant that my dismay with poor service meant cancel the collection. I asked why my courier reference was not recognised with the courier and she stated they only pass order details to couriers after collection. Naturally this cannot be possible or no item would ever get collected. Maybe that is in fact true at Parcel Monkey. Their prices look good, but that is assuming you get the service you pay for, which I never have. Their staff also don’t seem to feel a refund is necessary despite failing to fulfil the contract you have with them. I will never use Parcel Monkey or Courier again as they both seem comparably useless.

Its said 2 days delivery from UK to Belgium but took 3 days to leave UK and stuck in the customs for 5 days now. Hope it will arrive soon.

Very impressed with the service provided by Parcel Monkey UK. We were nervous sending an expensive parcel to Europe but the parcel arrived on time and with no problems due to customs etc. The price was very reasonable and the website easy to use once we got the hang of it. Will use again!

I had a parcel which needed to be collected, Parcel Monkey was recommended, so checked them out.
They provided a great price,all the labels etc.and arranged for a courier service to collect and deliver the package,I didnt have to do much,just follow their simple instructions .
All in all a great service,and more than reasonable cost.will certai ly use them again

I have been using your service for a long time and have always been satisfied with your collection of my parcels and the deliveries, but I am very disappointed on your most recent collection. I arranged a parcel collection last Thursday and paid for next day delivery service through Courier. I was sent an email on Thursday morning from Courier telling me they would be collecting my parcel and giving me a late morning slot. This time came and went and nobody turned up. I tried to track my parcel on the Parcel Monkey website only to tell me the obvious, Courier had no record of the consignment...Well you wont if you dont collect when you say you would. The only option I had was to rearrange for the Friday. This was a birthday present for a family member that I wanted them to receive before their birthday on Sunday 9th May. So not only have you let me down with not delivering my parcel the next day, but you cannot deliver my parcel on the Monday either! Courier message me again and say delivery is for Tuesday 11th May! (Believe that when I see it) my parcel is 4 days late. This is not acceptable!!!!

I had sent 4 packages, 40 kg approximately of pottery. One dish and a lid was broken out if 100 items. Picked up in 1 day and delivered the next. Delivery time was excellent and prices were great.
