I sent my parcel off to Denmark 14th May and it still hasnt arrived. When tracked it says its still in their depot? Last time I sent a parcel, it was returned to me because there was an incorrect address on the parcel. When checked, the address was correct and I had to send it off again. This cost me extra for the return of the parcel and to send it off again. I used this company before and I couldnt fault it. Quick, efficient service, but now I am seriously considering not using them again.

Pick up and delivery was on time.
Unfortunately the instructions on the parcel to keep it upright were ignored. The parcel was delivered on its side which could cause damage to the item.

Parcel monkey were very helpful in sorting the package and provide great feedback if there are issues.
The issues in Europe are changing constantly and it would be good to have an update on the Parcel monkey site as well as royal mail.

Million miles better than Royal Mail. But you do need a printer and price depends on the size of the object (obviously) but a centimetre makes all the difference!

Conflicting information on website and tracking. Website states that parcel has arrived and tracking states that parcel hasn’t moved for 4 days. Very confusing.???? Have used parcel monkey previously and found the service excellent????

I love Parcel Monkey and now use it for all my parcels. Its so easy to compare services and prices. You can compare collection or drop-off services, as well as choosing to print the label yourself or a service where the labels are printed for you. Super simple.

Excellent. Sent a large parcel for £20 less than the post office charge - and they picked it up from the house! Booked online, it was collected the next morning and delivered 2 days later. Highly recommend

Website generally easy to use and good number of options for sending the package. Clear instructions re the need to fill in and attach the customs form. Tracking via their site is good.
Only minor comment ;it is frustrating that website will not allow symbols like # in the address. The parcel recipient in Singapore keeps getting admonished by the delivery company there for not including it . As such symbols are common in the far East it would help.

i use parcel monkey all the time generally with no issues ,on the occasions when there is a problem it is falling short on customer support from the point of view there is no telephone support or live chat so the response is not quick enough

I was so disappointed; used recently to send a parcel to Europe. Competitive pricing - until I realised they double billed me. Contacted customer service who have done nothing at all. Do not use as there is no customer care if anything goes wrong.

Really good service, the reason I gave 4 stars was that they advised the courier would cost £9.99 and by the time I had got to the end it actually cost £20, twice the price by that time I couldnt be bothered to start all over again.
