The service booked proported to offer next day day delivery. However the parcel took 4 days to deliver and resulted in the recipient not getting the parcel as it was going to a ship which had sailed. On contacting customer services was told that they only guarantee a 98% next day delivery. This is in the terms and conditions I was informed. All well and good but it should be mentioned on the headline ad for the service so you know what you are signing up for and can make an informed decision.

I was quoted over £30 to send a parcel to Italy for Fathers Day, so went back to Parcel Monkey and paid £17. There was even help with the new customs form that needs to be done, thanks to Brexit. I always come back to Parcel Monkey.

Parcel took 5 days to arrive. Then you charged me a further £57.00. The site you recommended did do parcels upto 30kg. but I got over charged by you and Parcel force and a late delivery meant I missed my deadline.

Realy poor experiance. The original collection date was missed. DPD Package collected by the wrong Parcel Monkey partner. Courier Who decied to add a new (wrong address lable) in Cornwall not Yorkshire where it was correctly addressed to. Then when I tried to get PM to put it right which included me send photos to show that I was telling the truth about the labels. PM failed to get there partners Courier to correct thier mistake. They only offered me a refund after nearly 4 weeks of leg work and many many emails. I was also blamed becuase the Courier driver fail to give me a recept for my package. Thanks for nothing ParcelMonkey.....

Posted my parcel on Friday and arrived in Canada on the Tuesday… this has never happended before using the post office . Would definately use again .

what a brilliant service! sent a gift to my sister in france - really simple system to use and customs docs included. Parcelforce collected from my home and delivered to my sister within 5 days all for £15 - highly recommend

I have used Parcel Monkey two time to ship a parcel to New Zealand and both times was easy and straight forward with no issue and parcel got there quickly and no issues with delivery.
I have tried using them on other occasions to other destinations but dont offer services for larger multiple parcel consignments which is a shame as I would have used them.

I paid a vast amount of money to send a parcel including purchasing their insurance. It was a 2-5 day delivery. Never arrived! Had to find it myself - no help. No one to speak to. You get a chat function that gives platitudes. My parcel was found dumped on the road, without a signature back to the sender. When asked why and wanted a refund, I was told it was a successful delivery and the case is closed. Im so appalled. I would never use these people.

It was a little tricky to navigate the website to find the best size to send to USA . It took a bit of trial and error. Could not fault the service I booked . Prompt collection from courier giving me a text of arrival time . Parcel arrived in USA in only 3 days arriving on my sons actual birthday whilst I was on a video call to him . I could not be more delighted.

Disappointed this time as parcel force never turned up and collected my parce. Called parcel monkey and the customer service girl said nothing we can do I will re book . I said parcel force said you can get a refund on our part for not turning up . This has not happen from parcel monkey . I dropped the parcel off self at the depot ???? which they said I could do parcel force . Then apply for refund. ????

I was returning a vanity unit with a sink basin. The hardest part was putting the different weights and lengths in. The courier was booked and took the items with no problem. From collection to delivery was about 3 working days. The cost was much cheaper than I had found anywhere else and will be using them for big or small packages. A hidden gem.

Awful company STAY AWAY! Sent a high valued item and paid for insurance . Customer returned it as was badly damaged. Looks like it was stepped on. Provided all the details and pics. Apparently not eligible for any compensation even tho I paid extra for it. Used parcel monkey many times before but never had to claim.

I originally marked you low as my parcel had not been received and Parcel Force were being very unhelpful. I realised that I should have contacted you directly regarding non receipt. I contacted you and within hours all was resolved.
