the parcel was left at the local hair dresser and no card was left for the intended recipient thus them sending me several e mails

Avtual price worked out more than what I was led to believe it would be?

Our Response: Our quoted prices cover the majority of orders. When postcodes etc that may be in what the couriers class as remote areas are taken into account this could raise the final price paid. Also vat needs to be taken into account for all domestic and European bookings.

This is a good idea but we can only offer our customers what the couriers themselves can manage currently.
