We agree with you but we can only offer what the couriers say they can manage and that's an "any time" collection window.
Parcel was not collected due to backlog had to travel to drop off at depot !!!!!:-(

Our Response: Sorry but we made our customers aware of the recent depot problems just as soon as we were told. The good news is everything is resolved now but once again sorry.

I had to wait all day to have the parcel picked up. When I phoned to get some idea, was tolled that information was not allowed.

Yes unfortunately City Link have raised their costs recently after 3 years without an increase.
