The single worst company I have delt with. A law into them selves complete scam artist. Ships and item through there service that subsequent got broken so far beyond what is even accidental damage it is clearly due to miss handling by the curriers. But they refuse to payout on the insurance and have refused to give s valid reason as to why they have refused to pay out. Everything was done go there guidelines. It comes down to the fact that they dont have to answer to anyone so why payout. There customer service staff are absolutely useless and cant do anything but copy and paste from a scrip Ill never be using them again for anything I ship And I can recommend that anyone dose.

I am absolutely bowled over with the service they provided. I sent a large parcel to my grandchildren in Scotland. Parcel monkey collected when they said they said they would and unbelievably delivered it the next day. It cost me 9.00 plus 3.00 to insure!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. If they can do it why cant others!! Would definitely use them again. Thank you parcel monkey.

Website is easy to use and navigate and the prices are pretty cheap. Used Parcel Monkeys for a number of parcels now and always been happy with the overall experience so far

Easy to choose a service that suits your needs. Parcel tracking helps you and the recipient know where it is at all times. My parcel left the UK promptly however was delivered to the wrong depot in the other country. It did arrive later than estimated but in good condition and still intact. Would definitely use Parcel Monkey again!

I am totally dissatisfied, i have online chatted twice now complaining that my parcel due to be shipped to a family member in Turkey has now been sitting UK customs since the 30th Oct. I have asked Parcel Monkey to chase ParcelForce(their courier) regarding this. We completed all documents and customs declaration form and supplied box dimensions etc. All that Parcel Monkey say each time i try to speak to them is that they have asked ParcelForce to investigate. Today is now the 13th day since posting it for a service that was advertised as 3 to 5 days and it still has not left the UK! So basically my nearly £60 worth of goods appears to be lost in Customs maybe who knows. Parcel Monkey have not once come back to me with an update, so unless I chase them nothing happens, not that much happens when I do anyway !!!

Beware of the extra charges that they will claim are for the parcel dimensions and weight being inaccurate. They are not offering special prices once they add this in and which they will help themselves to from your initial card payment. Avoid avoid avoid!

No promos or information about customs charges upon delivery at the destination in France. An additional £55 had to be paid. What a joke!!

Although the site was easy to use, bought up results quickly, and the prices seemed quite competitive - the actual usage has been poor. Having recently exited the EU exporting items requires export documentation which is country specific. I relied on this site to produce all required export documents which it appeared to do. However it appears the documents required are not correct, and my delivery has been held up in the destination countries customs! Not impressed.

We use Parcel Monkey regularly and normally have no problems , however we recently sent 7 identical parcels , 6 of them delivered with no issues . However 1 of them went astray on the 3rd day of handling and the updates given were varied " out for delivery " , " held - restricted contents ( which it certainly was not ) " ,17 minutes later it was listed as "Parcel missing/cannot be located" , 4 days later "Parcelforce Worldwide have collected your parcel and it will start its journey to our delivery depot." and now it has disappeared all together . All in all a complete disaster !!!!

I booked an international service and paid £150 for International Priority service through ParcelMonkey with ParcelForce. The item was collected from me and a few days later I came to know that Parcelforce are unable to export it because the product I was sending contains a Lithium Battery. Okay so I have waited a full week and the item has not been returned to me. When I contacted Parcelforce, they said I must contact ParcelMonkey to have the item returned to me and when I contacted ParcelMonkey they said they are waiting for an update from Parcelforce - but yet when I ask Parcelforce about this they said there is no request from ParcelMonkey. The item is worth £1,275 and it looks like someone wants this for free rather than returning it to me!

How can I give a suitable feedback. I have two parcels one collected on the 1/12/21 to be delivered in Perth, W Australia I paid for a 4-5 day delivery. Well it’s still not In Perth yet!!!! The other box is supposed to have left on the 10th for Singapore. This I am watching. It says exported., really. Can I believe this The courier is Parcel Force. I’m extremely upset as these are Xmas gifts to the family. You can’t speak to anyone here in the U.K. all calls are answered in the Philippines!! I won’t deal with Parcel Monkeys anymore if this turns out to be a disappointment. !

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT RIP OFF MERCHANTS. BEWARE!!!! READ THIS AS IT IS IMPORTANT NOT JUST A WHINGE. I used this service for posting some electrical security lighting with a built in camera. The price was much cheaper than the normal service I use but I suppose you get what you pay for! The parcel was packed very well in a strong box, the packaging such that nothing moved inside the box at all and well padded. During transit the parcel received some clear rough handling which is outside of my control. The box was damaged and consequently an item inside the box was damaged beyond repair. I made a claim against the insurance that I paid for. First excuse was that the parcel was not wrapped well enough and not in a strong box. I replied so they reconsidered and still refusing the claim turning the item posted into a category that it clearly wasnt, stating it was a camera and carried without insurance which it clearly is not a photographic camera. A business colleague of mine has also had the same issues with respect to insurance with this company. They seem to bend the description into something that they dont have to pay out on. A cheap service but dont expect the insurance to cover if something goes wrong. I will never use this service again and certainly do not recommend this company to anybody. I will also be checking with the courier as to whether they make a claim for damage as it is clearly damaged in transit and would be a valid claim with that courier.
