My parcel went via Parcel Force to Spain and despite the Christmas rush was delivered within 6 days. The customs declaration was a bit of a pain and the recipient had to pay a customs charge despite it being gifts. Definitely not as easy as it was pre-Brexit!!

I had a massive heavy car seat to send which I thought would cost a fortune. Parcel monkey was easy to use and sending my parcel cost a third of what it would’ve had I booked direct, driver arrived the next day to collect! Can’t believe I have’t heard of it before.

Very impressed with your service. The parcels were collected on the correct day and delivered to France the following day. It was easy to track the parcels. The parcels finally arrived a day late to our home in Brittany, but that was due to the French postal service. Nevermind, it is nearly Christmas!

The parcel is still not delivered. Though I followed of all of the specific quidelines and spend hours on filling up the paperwork it looks like to no avail. The package contained charismas gifts for my father. As you can imagine it was quite and unpleasant experience to have to tell him and describe in detail what he is getting and how much I paid for each item in order to hopefully...possibly have it the package to him at some point. I cannot hide that I am very disappointment of the process and the overall service.

Sent various parcels through Parcel Monkey. Pretty easy to use and ended up booking them with Parcel Force which was cheaper than the rate quoted for Parcel Force at the Post Office counter. The only problem is that I couldnt complete the online booking without the recipients telephone number. Not sure why Parcel Force dont require this if you do it at the Post Office but do when booked through Parcel Monkey.

Absolutely useless, I booked a collection of a bicycle stating what it was a dimensions.. when the driver arrived to collect it he couldnt fit it in his car. The documents clearly stated its size and weight. Its taken days to get to a point of refund as Hermes say they cant collect it so recommended Parcel 2 go, just as rubbish as Hermes. Its easier to do a 400 mile round trip than deal with this companies and stress they have caused, not only to me but to the gentleman who has taken time out his days to wait in.

poor, sent an additional invoice for extra money. claiming the item was 5.9kg when it was 2.4kg. refused it credit the overcharge and said i needed pictures of the item with the address label.

When all goes well Parcel Monkey are very good. Their prices save a lot of money and the parcels arrive as they say. However, if things go wrong, as mine did last year, they are very unhelpful. Be warned!
