Hermes never showed up. Probably not Parcel Monkeys fault per se but I booked a Hermes collection through PM - Hermes never showed up or apologised. Apparently (social media anecdotes - not statistically valid evidence) this is normal for Hermes. Consequently I had to rebook a collection, reprint a label, pfaff about trying to get refund (which did materialise eventually) - obviously not with PM or Hermes. Parcel Monkey should either put warnings on Hermes or remove them entirely - this bad review is intended to encourage ParcelMonkey to protect their reputation and take action against unreliable suppliers.

We have still not received our golf clubs abs you cannot speak with anyone. The clubs left the uk on the 11th October said 3 to 5 days and they have still not arrived on 19 October. They were sent to play golf on holiday but we will be back at this rate before they arrive.

Booked next day delivery of urgent legal documents via Parcel Monkey It was lost at the Middleton depot and communication has been appalling I.e non- existent. Could have cost me the sale of a house. Unfortunately given that no body cares I have to blame Parcel Monkey hence the 1* rating

Hi, I did a delivery of 3 boxes (all together and at the same time) through your company. In theory it was going to take just 2-3 days and its been 2 weeks since I did it and I havent received the last box. Not only havent I received late my delivery but also they have come separately when I paid for the customs at the same time and send them all together (when you did not tell me I had to pay for them in Ireland). Thus, a really bad service, disaster and untrustable.

Our parcel, which was going to London, for despatch to go abroad, was not collected on the correct day. I got in touch with Parcel Monkey who then rearranged a collection for the next day. It was collected, then taken to a depot where it was delayed again and delivered the following day. I know perhaps this was not the fault of Parcel Monkey. I have used this company a lot and if I ever have a problem they are very good at sorting things out.
I have no real reason of not using them again.

You hide behind your T&C and give no real answer. The fact that you dont "confirm" collection is ridiculous, you dont consider the time of people, who pays for the time wasted waiting for the courier? I had to rearrange the collection for almost a week after and I already left the country which means that my old housemates are now stuck with the issue of "waiting for the courier". Now let see if they end up collecting the box tomorrow (18/10) but since you dont guarantee anything, all I can expect is that you wont manage and I will be stuck 12 thousand miles away from my belongings as the bos is stuck in London due to incompetence and lack of caring. Outrageous.
