We can only provide collection times that the couriers themselves can manage I'm afraid. At the moment this is "anytime"

Citylink usually very good but occasionallly miss a collection when a relief driver is put on to cover for absentees

Parcel should have been collected Mon for next day del. No one contacted me. I had to call tue a'noon & Courier collected at 17.50. POOR.
