We can only provide collection times that the couriers themselves can manage I'm afraid. At the moment this is "anytime"

You sent a one man van to uplift a 49Kg package. My wife had to help him, he dragged the package out of the house and scratched our hallway

The recent increase is due to City Link raising their prices for the first time in 3 years and is not something we have control over.
good delivery as usual however i was disapointed it cost me 10 pounds more than the quote price when i came to book the service wasnt availa
