Very good service, my only gripe is the lack of advice re collection time. Waiting in all day till 18.40 cost me income so not cheap in end.

I asked for a call 30 mins prior to collection. Never happened. Drivers don't read paperwork and aren't bothered. Otherwise all appeared OK

Courier are excellent ! Parcel Monkey provide no customer service to deal with complaints.If I could deal direct wiyh Courier I would !!
