Our Response: On behalf of the courier concerned please accept our apologies for the first failed collection.
The collection for the next day did not happen.We had to phone which took 14 minutes., rebook, print out another label, very unhappy.

ParcelForce recently increased their fuel surcharge which resulted in a very small increase to our prices.
You were badly let down by Parcelforce, which failed to collect on the designated day - which was then followed by weekend and Bank Holiday!

You need to reply to emails. When parcel get book makes sure it get pick up.
