Extremely damaged goods, payed for insurance cover, received nothing back although payment for insurance was taken.and its so well wrapped.

Our Response: We agree with you but we can only offer what the couriers say they can manage and that's an "any time" collection window.
Easy booking, collected on time, delivered by noon the following day. If only everything else in life was this stress free.
