i have started getting more and more complaints about Courier deliverys as they will not deliver to flats or hard to get to places

Our Response: That is incorrect as the carrier concerned has full national coverage. While some jobs are easy to get to others are a little more difficult but all will be attempted.

Our only complaint was with City Link who failed to collect the parcel as the driver called at the wrong house, so we had to drop it off.

Booked for collection on a Monday - found out the previous Wednesday evening that it was to be collected following day. Caused stress
