We always advise our customers to get to know their drivers if they make regular bookings as they can be very helpful and will try to work around your needs.

We had 3 'missed collection.' was due to the driver not bothering to find parking - we bked with another courier and was collected 1st time

Courier failed to collect the package and I had to drive it to their Depot the following day - appalling. They didn't seem surprised.
