Our Response: Your item was booked on the 21st, collected on the 22nd and delivered on May 23rd??
Our collection for the 22nd May was eventually collected on the 24th May. No explanation or phone call to advise why. We should have a refun

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
