documents should have been picked up Thur you re-arranged for fri its now Monday 2pm and they are still here.

Our Response: The tracking shows this order was booked on Monday 21st, collected on the 22nd and delivered on Wednesday 23rd May??

All our courier partners only work in metric so that's why we do to. Thanks very much for your booking and suggestion though.

All the parcels were delivered promptly .However after waiting in all day the parcels were not picked up until after 5.30pm.
