Nightfrieght collected my parcel as scheduled only to redeliver it to me today, very poor service!!!!!

AMAZING AS USUAL I TOOK PARCEL TO DEPOT AT 5PM IT WAS DELIVERED NEXT DAY MUCH FASTER THAN ROYAL MAIL BY MILES!!!!!!!

ParcelForce recently increased their fuel surcharge which resulted in a very small increase to our prices.
You were badly let down by Parcelforce, which failed to collect on the designated day - which was then followed by weekend and Bank Holiday!
