I paid for a 24 hour service & the client recived the goods 48hrs after pick up - do I get a part credit as I could have used a 48hr courier

Our Response: We do offer a guaranteed "Next day" service should customers wish to choose it. In 96% of cases next day is carried out but we are sorry in this case it failed.

Parcels into Norway require recipient's Peronal ID number. The parcel was held for 6 days due to missing this. Otherwise everything good :)

Booked 3 parcels for next day delivery. They were never collected and there was no note or tracking available through the site.
