Placing the order was fine but Courier did not collect parcel on the day they said infact they were 2 days late collecting!!

Did not collect on the day booked, had to re-book for another day, had no communication to say collection would not take place.

Parcel Force forgot to collect the item on the day. Later on they said it will be a 48hrs service when 24hrs service booked online. Poor ser
