Tracking was out dated. Said at international hub, however it had arrived the day previous with recipient. Not good tracking!

Thank you for being one of the first to book our new International service. We did have tracking problems but have now resolved them so more detailed tracking is available.
parcel not delivered yet 4 days after collection, delivery was estimated at 2 days

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Parcel took 3 days rather than 1. Driver failed to leave parcel when sombody was at home, had to drive to local depot, contents smashed!!!

The collection time narrowed down instead of anytime between 8am and 8pm. A courtesy call an hour before collection possibly.
