Very easy transaction but could do with giving options to drop off aswell collecting.

The Courier driver is very rude everytime.I stayed in all day,still missed a pick up! Odd! I won't use u unless I can get a diff courier

If possible it would be helpful to have a time slot e.g. 8am to 1pm and 1pm to 6pm for both collection and delivery.

We agree with you but we can only offer what the couriers say they can manage and that's an "any time" collection / deliverywindow.
You have completely lost one of the parcels I sent to London!
