We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

courier did not turn up on day booked..called next day...required re-booking....new labels....courier arrived at 6pm..no comms from you.

ParcelForce bring their own barcode labels. When using this service ours are just a guide so multiple items don't get mixed up.
