I was not impressed with the tracking service being updated on the website. My parcel was delivered at 4.07pm and was not updated until 8.30

Our Response: Your order was booked on June 12th and collected on June 13th. An attempt was made on June 14th to deliver but no one was there. The item was then successfully delivered on June 15th.

Item was damaged, and dropped at the front gate. We wonder if there was a signature for receipt of the delivery.
