Dreadful - I had to make two telephone calls as the parcel was not collected on the Monday or the Tuesday!

Its very good pick-up service but, there should be a badge with the driver, so that my wife know its a person from Parcel Monkey

The drivers do not work for us but work for our courier partners. Even so they should have id and the necessary hand held device connected to their company.
It took two days to deliver but i didnt pay the extra so cant complain. Overall an excellant service and easy to track thankyou

the person picking up didn't know how many and how heavy the items were and had to return twice
