We would love to offer this kind of time slot but can only provide what the couriers themselves are able to manage. At the moment this is an "Any time" collection window.

I will never use Nightfreight again, parcel booked to be collected on Friday but it was collected the following Wednesday. Rubbish service.

There was nothing wrong with the service at all. A suggestion though, would it be at all possible for couriers to attach labels?

The ParcelForce drivers will bring their own labels which should be attached to your items before they leave.
Easy transaction, picked up and delivered as quoted. Very reasonable.

I was told my parcel would arrive in Italy to the destination on Friday. it still hasn't been delivered tho it is in Italy!
