We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

exp. collection Fri 8th, waited in all day, got rude email saying I missed collection, Courier rude on phone, told on Mon nobody came Fri!

3rd time late collection this time no collection, had to drive 15 miles to drop off parcel myself, Not Very happy, will not be using again
