Nightfreight due to collect on Monday. Collected Tuesday. Customer waited in on Tue. Del weds, customer out. Eventually delivered Thursday.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
