Excellent service, not guaranteed next day but arrived there following morning so customer could fit part over weekend on car

Thank you. Our customers can pay more for a guaranteed next day service if they wish. The standard next day service is successful over 96% of the time unless there is severe weather related issues though.
City Link a day late collecting, but got there next day with up to date tracking.

I had to reschedule collection as parcel not collected 1st time. 3rd time I've used parcel monkey though and other 2 times no problems.
