Thanks for your first two orders with us and we are glad you have found us.
I was forced to take out insurance for seeing my laptop as its value was £400, however you wouldn't pay out anyway and now it's damaged

Your service was excellent, however my parcel would NOT have been collected by the courier company had I not rang them (they told me so!)
